She lifted a delicate brow, and her tone turned teasing. "You really think I didn't already? The first thing I did when you opened your eyes was… well, kiss you," she admitted with her cheeks turning faintly pink before adding, "but right after that, I told everyone you were awake."
He chuckled. "How efficient."
"… They should be here any moment."
Quinlan reached out and rested a hand on her narrow waist, drawing her just a little closer as they walked. "Then let's go. I can't wait to hear what you've all been up to."
Seraphiel nodded, having a heart happy enough it could sing. The past two months had been trying, especially considering he'd been away for three months not too long ago due to the Primordial Rank-Up Mission in Zhenwu.
