Amari felt wind circle around the area. "Why can I feel the wind? ... We're in a sewer." A chill went down her spine.

The monster's cape flowed wildly, lifting up and sweeping from left to right as the monster stared them down with a look of superiority. "You," he spoke, looking at Aaron, "have been nothing but a nuisance." He spread his arms out wide. "Shall I show you..."
He started floating upwards.
"The true power of the king of rats?"
"Shit."
"Oh my god—" Sebastian, lying on his back, put his hands on his face. "He wasn't even going all out...?" He muttered,
Milo, Jamie, and Alex all backed up.
Aaron? He chuckled, "Heh, 3-star monster." He looked at the king of rats with a grin. "That means... you can take a beating, right?"
Suddenly the pressure in the area intensified. The air got more suffocating. Amari knew this feeling , it felt familiar yet different. "He knows authority?" Sebastion looked at the ceiling "Ah so he finally decided to use his aura." "...Aura?"
A black, airy substance pooled out from Aaron's feet, spiraling upwards around his body before stopping when it reached the top of his body in an explosion of power.
The rat king raised an eyebrow. "I had a feeling you'd be a pest," he drew his fist back, "but just like one, you will be squashed."
Aaron grinned.
The moment they clashed, the force of it made Amari's hair whip back. Milo raised a hand over his face, and Jamie and Alex, who were crouching in front of Sebastion, squinted their eyes.
The rat king and Aaron danced around each other, dodging and countering. Aaron jumps off a wall, meeting the Rat King in the air. "Stay down there like the pest you are, will you?" The rat king spun around and punched Aaron down. Aaron stood there, grin still present. Seeing this, the rat king flew down, fist back, hitting him in the chest.
Amari's eyes tried to track what was happening. "They're strong and fast... I wonder if they can beat... him." An image of a man appeared in her mind.

They were all over the place. The rat king sent a flurry of punches Aaron's way, all of which Aaron countered. Suddenly the air grew sharp before.
Cuts appeared on Aaron's body.
Aaron's eyes widened in surprise as the rat king finished muttering "windslash." The rat king then grabbed Aaron and flew high before dropping him. As Aaron fell, the rat king flew after him, colliding with Aaron's body and sending him tumbling down harder.
