Serafall Leviathan was a unique Satan.

Her cheerful, almost childlike demeanor, gave her an air of unpredictability—and she was unpredictable.

Despite being a Satan, one of the Underworld's most powerful figures, she had a fondness for dressing up as a magical girl, regardless of the occasion.

Compared to Sona, who was always serious and composed, Serafall's personality was like oil and water. While Sona often found her sister's behavior exasperating, Serafall's love for her younger sister was absolute. She was a siscon, willing to even declare war on Heaven itself for Sona's sake.

Kokabiel had clearly chosen his target wisely.

If he had actually killed Rias and Sona, it would have undoubtedly triggered a war between the Three Factions. It was Serafall's intensity that made Sona so embarrassed by her.

They were simply too different.

And it was this very distinctiveness that allowed Mika to recognize her instantly.

"She's here to see Sona. Knowing Sona, she wouldn't have told her about the Parent-Teacher Conference. She must have snuck in—"

"This is going to be interesting." Mika could practically see the comedic potential of their reunion.

Just as he was contemplating how to observe their interaction—Serafall, seemingly having spotted him, waved and began running towards him through the school corridors.

"Is she coming to see me?" Mika stared at the approaching magical girl, a Satan, no less, and his mind raced. Should he leave? Avoid this encounter entirely?

But he decided against it. They would inevitably meet eventually. He didn't want to create unnecessary awkwardness.

She reached the balcony where he stood.

"Greetings. You must be Mika, the Gremory family's son-in-law," Serafall said with a smile.

"Indeed, I am. May I ask what brings the Satan here?" He wasn't surprised that she knew him. After all, his victory in the Rating Game against Riser had been a significant event. She would have seen it.

As for the "son-in-law" title—that was information not publicly known, since he and Rias hadn't revealed their relationship. She must have learned it from Sirzechs.

'It seems the Satans are quite close,' he mused.

"I was wondering if you knew which class Sona is in. She seems to be avoiding me. She wouldn't even tell me her class schedule, forcing me to search for her."

Mika chuckled inwardly.

Of course she's avoiding you. And the fact that you're here now just proves she was right to do so.

"I overheard Rias mentioning Sona's class. I can take you there, if you'd like." He did, in fact, know Sona's schedule.

After all, both she and Rias were quite popular, their activities often discussed among the students. Even without trying, such information inevitably reached his ears.

If it weren't for class being in session, Serafall could have simply asked any student.

"Really? But aren't you skipping class? I wouldn't want to interrupt your leisure activities," Serafall said, a playful glint in her eyes.

She had learned a bit about Mika from Sirzechs, with whom she had consulted before coming to the human world.

Two Satans abandoning their duties simultaneously could cause problems. She knew Mika was incredibly strong, surpassing even Satan-class, which was why she treated him with a certain respect.

Her curiosity about him was also a factor in her seeking him out.

"It's no trouble at all. This is Gremory territory, after all. And since a Satan has graced us with her presence, we should offer our…hospitality. And since Rias isn't here, I'll be your guide," Mika said with a smile.

Of course, it was merely an excuse. He was simply…bored and looking for some entertainment.

"Then lead the way."

——

As they walked through the corridors of the third-year classrooms, heading towards Sona's class, they chatted.

Initially, the topic had been his relationship with Rias, which Serafall seemed quite interested in. However, Mika, adept at steering conversations, had subtly shifted their focus to Serafall and Sona's relationship.

"Why don't you just use your magic to find her? It would be much faster," Mika asked, leading the way.

"Sona is incredibly wary of me. If I use my magic, she'll sense it and disappear—"

"A game of hide-and-seek?"

"Indeed. We used to play it often."

'More like she was hiding, and you were hunting,' Mika thought, amused.

Considering her intense affection for her sister, he could imagine how challenging Sona's life must have been. He was now even more eager to witness their reunion.

"Here we are. This is Sona-senpai's class."

——

"So, this is where she is," Serafall murmured, peering through the window, her gaze quickly finding Sona, sitting at her desk, listening attentively to the lesson.

Thanks to their suppressed presences, no one inside, not even Sona, noticed them.

"Thank you, Mika," Serafall said, turning to him with a smile.

"It was my pleasure," he replied. He didn't mind the "Mika" address. After all, she was a Satan, far older than him.

"Thank you again. I'll be going in now." She waved goodbye and headed towards the classroom door.

"Apologies for the interruption. I'm Sona Sitri's older sister, here for today's festivities. It's a pleasure to meet you all," she announced, stepping into the classroom.

Her magical girl attire immediately drew everyone's attention.

After a moment of stunned silence, laughter rippled through the room, not out of mockery, but amusement.

Sona, however, didn't share their amusement. In fact, the fact that she hadn't exploded on the spot was a testament to her remarkable self-control. She glared at her sister, her eyes practically daggers.

Mika, watching from outside, could already imagine what was about to happen.

"This is going to be good," Mika muttered, having activated his Circle the moment Serafall entered the classroom, his presence now completely masked, merging with the surroundings. He was there to observe, not to participate.

Inside the classroom, the teacher, after hearing Serafall's introduction and seeing Sona's reaction, politely offered her a seat.

Both Rias and Sona were known for their frequent absences, often due to Devil business.

Therefore, their teachers were usually aware of their unique circumstances. After all, the school itself was secretly controlled by Devils.

Mika, watching through the window as Serafall beamed at Sona, who steadfastly ignored her, his smile widened. He was eager to see how this would play out.

Unfortunately, it was the middle of a class; they couldn't exactly have a conversation. And even after class, Sona wouldn't create a scene in public. He wouldn't get to see the real show.

"What a shame…"

Soon, the bell rang, signaling the end of class and the start of lunch break.

Following Rias's earlier instructions, Mika joined them at the Occult Research Club. They chatted, their current topic of conversation…Issei's clay sculpture of Asia.

During their English class, the teacher had asked them to create sculptures of something, or someone, they admired—and Issei, naturally, had chosen Asia, creating a remarkably detailed and accurate representation. It was practically a figurine.

"Issei, you have a real talent for sculpting. You could make a fortune selling these," Mika remarked, examining the sculpture Rias had handed him. He wished he possessed such skills in his previous life.

"It was just…luck. I didn't know I could do this," Issei said, waving his hand dismissively.

"Luck? Tell me more," Mika said, intrigued.

"Well, it's—" Issei hesitated, clearly embarrassed about something.

Normally, seeing his reaction, anyone with a modicum of social awareness would have dropped the subject.

However, they were Devils, after all, not easily deterred. And Issei's unusual reticence only piqued their curiosity.

"He's usually so forthcoming—What could possibly make him so shy? It must be something perverted," Mika said, looking at Rias, Akeno, Kiba, Koneko, and Asia, who nodded in agreement.

"Issei, was it something lewd?" they asked, their eyes gleaming with amusement.

Issei, defeated, finally confessed. "The teacher told us to sculpt anything we wanted, so I…sculpted…Asia."

"You mean…her body?" Mika asked, looking at the incredibly detailed sculpture.

"As expected. Only such inspiration could unlock Issei's true potential," Mika said, shaking his head, while Rias and Akeno chuckled, Koneko rolling her eyes.

Issei, mortified, retreated to a corner, as if hoping to disappear. They laughed even harder.
