Trickery!
Listening to Maitreya Buddha's completely changed explanation, Jiang Liu understood that there was indeed some trickery involved in this matter.
"Amitabha, please lead the way, Maitreya Buddha!" However, although he knew there was certainly trickery involved, since Maitreya Buddha mentioned that there was a demon head waiting for him to subdue, Jiang Liu chanted a Buddha's name and said aloud.
Whatever trickery it may be, I'll see it for myself before saying anything!
"Alright, Sandalwood Merit Buddha, follow me. The rest of you wait outside!" Nodding, Maitreya Buddha turned to give instructions to those outside the Zen Room, then led Jiang Liu to turn and enter the Zen Room.
"The demon head invading the Eastern Temple is inside this Zen Room?" Jiang Liu was taken aback when he saw Maitreya Buddha leading him inside, feeling extremely surprised.
However, since things had reached this point, could he still turn around and leave?
