When Zhan Nanjue saw that Ou Yimo was still not answering his calls, he couldn't shake off his concern. He found out that she had gone to a café with her agent to discuss an endorsement contract, and he quickly headed to the café.
He didn't expect to run into Gong Shirao before finding Ou Yimo.
"What a coincidence, running into you here," Gong Shirao greeted him.
"Yeah." Zhan Nanjue didn't know exactly which private room Ou Yimo was in, so he had to check each one.
"Looking for someone?" Gong Shirao asked him, "Ou Yimo?"
"You've seen her?"
"This café happens to be owned by...a friend of mine," Gong Shirao said. "If you don't know her exact location, I can have my friend check for you."
"Thank you."
"You're welcome." Gong Shirao quickly made a call, then told Zhan Nanjue, "You should wait at the front desk, there should be news soon."
"Okay."
Seeing the nervous look on Zhan Nanjue's face for Ou Yimo, Gong Shirao had mixed feelings.
