Chapter 73 - World in Turmoil

Chapter 73: World in Turmoil

Marine Headquarters – Navy Report

The thunderous slam of a report hitting the desk echoed in the grand hall of Marineford. Sengoku, Fleet Admiral Kong, scowled at the trembling Rear Admiral delivering the file.

"Say it again. Slowly."

The Rear Admiral's voice shook. "The Serpent Fang Pirates… a crew of two hundred… annihilated. Captain Fang himself—dead. The Silver-Hair Pirates were responsible."

Kong's jaw tightened. Around the table sat Sengoku, Z, Vice Admirals, including the likes of Monkey D. Garp, who crunched into a rice cracker without care.

"And," the officer stammered, "our Cipher Pol allies confirm… Sergio D. Arthur now possesses a blueprint and manual related to… the Ancient Weapon Uranus."

The room froze. Even Garp stopped chewing.

Sengoku slammed his fist into the desk. "Do you fools understand what this means? A rookie crew, barely known a year ago, has just gained access to power rivaling the very balance of the world!"

One Vice Admiral muttered, "He's making a name for himself too fast. East Blue, Little Garden, now Shayia…"

Another growled, "His crew is getting stronger at a frightening pace."

Garp finally snorted. "Heh. Sounds like the kid's having fun. Reminds me of Roger's lot."

Sengoku shot him a glare. "This is no time for jokes, Garp! If Arthur truly wields Uranus—"

The tension in the air was suffocating.

Cipher Pol ( CP0)

Deep within Enies Lobby, Cipher Pol 0 operatives gathered in shadows. The defeat of their agent, Zuku, had spread through the organization like wildfire.

"Zuku was one of our elites," a masked agent said coldly. "To lose him to a rookie pirate crew is a disgrace."

Another hissed, "The weapon blueprint must be recovered. If Arthur studies it, even without a shipwright, the balance will collapse."

"Then we will double our surveillance," the leader replied. "Arthur will not slip through our mirrors again."

The Holy Land, Mariejois – The Five Elders

Inside the chamber of the Five Elders, silence reigned until one of them—a bald, long-bearded man—finally spoke.

"Sergio D. Arthur… a dangerous name. The 'D' is already troublesome, but now this."

Another Elder scowled. "He has defeated Marines, toppled pirate crews, killed a king, and humiliated CP0. Now he dares to touch Uranus' legacy?"

The robed Elder with the katana gripped his blade's hilt. "The balance of power is fragile. We cannot allow another Roger—or worse."

"Then we will brand him," the first Elder said grimly. "We will raise his bounty to reflect the threat he represents."

Their voices lowered, cold and venomous. "If Uranus awakens in his hands… even Imu-sama will not tolerate it."

In the shadows of the Room of Thrones, a single figure sat upon the Empty Throne, the name Arthur whispered like venom.

Sentro Island ( West Blue) – Kaido

The Beast Pirates roared with laughter as word spread. Kaido, half-drunk, leaned back with his jug.

"Silver-Hair Arthur, eh? Already stirring the seas like a brat with a stick." He grinned, sharp teeth flashing. "If he's got an Ancient Weapon, maybe he's worth testing. I could use a strong one to kill the boredom!"

---

Whole Cake Island – Big Mom

Charlotte Linlin devoured a mountain of sweets, cackling when the news reached her.

"Mama~ma! A little upstart with Uranus' power? He'll make a fine addition to my collection—once I rip it from his cold hands!"

---

Red-Haired Pirates

Shanks sat on the deck of the Red Force, reading the latest report. His expression was serious, but a faint smile tugged at his lips.

"So… Arthur's already this far." He set the paper down, eyes glimmering. "The seas will get rougher. I hope he's ready."

---

Whitebeard's Lair

In the darkness of a cavern, Teach's laugh boomed.

"Zehahaha! A rookie with Uranus' blueprint?! That's fate, that's destiny! Maybe this 'Silver-Hair' is the stepping stone I need… to claim it all!"

---

The Revolutionary Army

In a hidden base, Dragon stared at the intelligence report. His cape fluttered in the underground wind.

"Sergio D. Arthur…" he murmured. "If he truly holds Uranus' secret, he may become either our greatest ally… or our greatest enemy."

Ivankov gasped. "What's this rookie thinking, darling, playing with fire like that?"

Dragon's eyes narrowed. "The world government will move. And when they do… chaos will follow."

---

The New Bounty Posters

Back at Marineford, printing presses thundered. Fresh ink rolled over wanted posters.

The sheet dried, bearing the cold, dangerous gaze of Sergio D. Arthur—silver hair whipping in the storm, Sriyo gleaming in hand.

WANTED – DEAD OR ALIVE

Sergio D. Arthur

"Captain of the Silver-Hair Pirates"

Bounty: 950,000,000 Berries

One by one, his crew's posters followed:

Alex "Hawkeye" – 620,000,000

Hiroshi "The Crimson Fang" – 570,000,000

Lisa & Surv "The Twin Tempests" – 480,000,000 each

Rio "Deadshot" – 310,000,000

Rus "The Fallen Wing" – 390,000,000

Dr. Clover "The Scholar Rogue" – 220,000,000

The numbers sent shockwaves across every sea.

The Silver-Hair Pirates were no longer whispers.

They were a storm on the horizon.
