The Long Family Technique is divided into four major stages, with each major stage further divided into the five minor stages: Early Stage, Mid-Stage, Late Stage, Perfection, and Peak.
Each stage has its corresponding characteristics, where the first major stage mainly involves stimulating the energy within the body to gradually transform the cultivator's body.
This leaves the mark of the technique on the cultivator's body so that later, when the cultivator practices the technique, they won't be harmed by it.
Once this stage is completed, the cultivator's body will fully bear the mark of the technique, and then proceeds to the next stage—Cleansing Meridians and Strengthening the Body.
Once reaching this stage, the power of the Long Family's Dragon Phoenix Immortal Body Technique can be displayed, but of course, it's merely the Dragon Technique.
