"Kuiliké?"
Upon hearing Rorschach's call, all the Shandian warriors, including Wiper, were stunned.
This name had recently been brought to their attention by another man from the Blue Sea.
They speculated that this man named Kuiliké was likely a descendant of Noland, the great benefactor who, 400 years ago, had made a pact with their ancestor, the great warrior Calgara, and saved the Shandians.
Instantly, bewildered gazes converged on the Killion.
With a series of footsteps, a shirtless, chestnut-haired middle-aged man emerged from the side of the Killion, appearing before everyone.
Wiper's pupils trembled, and he quickly took a few steps forward, rushing to Kuiliké's side. With an extremely hoarse voice, he looked at Kuiliké and said, "You... are you a descendant of Mont Blanc Noland?"
Kuiliké, with a cigarette butt dangling from his mouth, grinned, revealing a mouthful of white teeth, and nodded heavily. "Yes! It's been a long time! Shandian warriors of the Golden City! I am Mont Blanc Kuiliké, and Mont Blanc Noland is indeed my ancestor from 400 years ago."
Wiper's shoulders trembled, and he raised his rough, large hands, abruptly covering his face.
Immediately, hot tears streamed out from between his fingers, dripping onto the ground.
"This is... this is too good! Ancestor Calgara, do you see? Noland's descendant has come to Jaya Island, to the Golden City, to the ancestral land of us Shandians!"
"The pact made 400 years ago has finally been fulfilled!"
In an instant, in the vast forest clearing, thousands of Shandian warriors were all sobbing uncontrollably, tears gushing forth like a fountain.
"What a touching friendship, a pact spanning 400 years, still so firmly kept." Hibari's eyes welled up with tears.
"This is a man's romance," Rorschach also smiled.
At this moment, people momentarily forgot the traumas and hardships of the past 400 years of war, immersing themselves in historical memory, savoring the emotion from the past.
Kuiliké was also in tears, extending his large hand and gripping Wiper's firmly.
"Brother Wiper, the pact isn't finished yet."
Wiper paused, looking up at Kuiliké's smiling face.
Kuiliké raised his hand and pointed to the sky, "We haven't rung the Golden Bell yet!"
"The Golden Bell?" Wiper was stunned. "But, we haven't found the Golden Bell's location yet..."
"Rear Admiral Rorschach found it!" Kuiliké looked at Rorschach with a grateful smile in his eyes.
Just a moment ago, after Rorschach came out of the captain's cabin, he spoke to him about this matter.
"Rear Admiral Rorschach found the Golden Bell?"
Wiper's body trembled violently, and he quickly turned to look at Rorschach, his voice urgent, "Rear Admiral Rorschach, is this true? You found the Golden Bell? Where is it?"
Rorschach raised his hand and pointed to the sky, "It's in the sky, at the top of that enormous green vine, supported by a white cloud."
Wiper followed his gaze but saw nothing.
"Come on, get on my Killion. I'll take you up to see the Golden City's most famous Golden Bell."
Rorschach said, waving to Hibari and the others, signaling them to board the ship.
Upon hearing Rorschach say they were going to see the Golden Bell, the warriors immediately became excited and boarded the Killion one after another.
Seeing Wiper and a few others still standing on the ground in a daze, Rorschach couldn't help but call out, "What are you waiting for? Those who want to see it, come aboard, but not too many people, or my ship won't be able to hold them all."
Wiper suppressed his excitement, waved to some of the Shandian warriors behind him, including Laki, Kamakiri, Braham, and others, then quickly boarded the deck with Kuiliké.
"Mr. Gan Fall, you should also come along and see it; it'll serve as a witness."
Rorschach waved to Gan Fall, who was standing beside his beloved horse.
Gan Fall jumped onto the Killion, puzzled. "Rear Admiral Rorschach, if the Golden Bell is truly in the sky, how are we supposed to get there?"
"Of course, we'll fly over," Hibari said with a smile, pressing a button inside the ship's rail. "Our ship can fly, you know!"
The next moment, under the dumbfounded gazes of Wiper, Gan Fall, and the others, two broad wings extended outwards from the Killion's sides with a series of mechanical sounds.
Then, a howling gale swept through the forest of Jaya Island, like an invisible giant hand, abruptly lifting the Killion's massive hull from beneath.
Boom!
Amidst a sandstorm of flying dust and stones, the 100-meter-long light blue colossal ship soared into the sky from the ground, carried by the raging airflow, spreading its wings and sails like a colossal bird that blotted out the sky, whistling as it ascended thousands of meters high!
"It's flying! Such a huge ship, actually flying!"
On the ground below, thousands of Shandians and Angel Race people, covering their faces from the oncoming sand and pebbles, stared blankly as the Killion soared away on the wind, its massive hull rapidly disappearing into the distant horizon.
"This is truly too... too miraculous, to be able to make such a colossal ship fly out of thin air. Such power, even with hundreds of wind-dial shells embedded in the ship's bottom, would probably be difficult to achieve, wouldn't it?"
Gan Fall looked at Rorschach, whose hands were raised in front of him, with an expression of astonishment, his face growing increasingly reverent.
This young Marine, still so young, already possessed unimaginable power.
At this moment, Rorschach hadn't even transformed, yet he was able to lift the enormous Killion with air currents formed by the wind, carrying it thousands of meters into the sky.
After breaking through his physical limits, his development of his Kirin Fruit ability seemed to have deepened considerably.
Hearing Gan Fall's exclamation, Rorschach couldn't help but turn to look at him.
"Mr. Gan Fall, do you know where I can find artisans who embed wind-dial shells? I need a group of artisans to help me embed a sufficient number of wind-dial shells in the ship. Oh, and I also need to acquire a batch of various types of Skypiea shells. What do you think?"
"No problem, leave such a small matter to me. Our Angel Race has lived in Skypiea for over a thousand years and has profound expertise in processing various types of shells. Rear Admiral Rorschach, rest assured."
Gan Fall immediately smiled.
He was just wondering how to express his gratitude to Rorschach.
"That's wonderful. We might have to bother the Angel Race territory a bit later."
Rorschach smiled. His movements didn't stop, and the air currents between heaven and earth moved at his command, effortlessly changing the Killion's direction, soaring over the top of the towering vine that reached into the clouds, as if it were about to sail directly into the unknown depths of the sky.
"Only by serving under Rear Admiral can one experience such unimaginable things, right?"
At the bow of the warship, the warriors looked at the celestial sunset, which seemed within reach, and each expressed their heartfelt emotions.
"Not only sailing on the sea, but also spreading wings and sailing in the sky. This scene will forever be etched in my heart!"
A few minutes later, illuminated by the fiery sunset on the horizon, a brilliant golden glow firmly attracted the gaze of everyone on the deck.
"It's the light of gold!" Bepo exclaimed.
Following the shimmering golden light, they saw a snow-white cloud mass, twenty to thirty meters in diameter, floating in the void in front of the Killion.
An ancient golden bell, covered in mottled marks, hung on a thick golden pillar, somewhat askew, embedded in the cloud.
"It's the Golden Bell! It really is the Golden Bell the Chief spoke of! Wiper!" Laki cried tears of joy, choking as she tugged Wiper's arm.
"Yes! It really is... the Golden Bell!"
Wiper looked at the mottled Golden Bell ahead, somewhat lost in thought, his mind involuntarily recalling his childhood, sitting beside the old Chief, listening to him recount the story of his ancestor Calgara, which took place 400 years ago.
The encounter with Noland's adventure ship.
Drinking and chatting together.
The tree fever epidemic occurred, and the tribe wanted to sacrifice Calgara's daughter to the god Kashii, but Noland stopped them with his sword.
Noland led his people to cut down the trees that caused tree fever, but the Shandians didn't understand and drove them away as log thieves.
Calgara learned the truth and went after them, finally making a pact by the sea.
When Noland returned to Jaya Island again, the Shandians would ring the Golden Bell, letting its resounding chime welcome the Shandians' eternal friend.
But later...
Until now, Noland's descendants reunited with them in the Golden City.
"Go on, ring the Golden Bell, let us hear the echo of history!"
Rorschach stabilized the massive Killion, smiling as he spoke to Kuiliké and Wiper.
Wiper took a deep breath and looked at Kuiliké.
"Brother Kuiliké! Together?"
"Together! Wiper!"
Kuiliké also grinned widely, boldly jumping onto the ship's rail and leaping directly into the endless void outside the ship, making Gan Fall and the others exclaim in surprise.
Wiper seemed to understand something, and he also laughed and leaped, jumping off the Killion.
"Wiper! Brother Kuiliké!"
Laki and the others rushed to the ship's rail, looking out.
They saw that in the void outside the ship, two shirtless men were running side by side across the sky.
Beneath their feet, there seemed to be an invisible land, supporting them as they moved forward.
The two men laughed heartily, laughing with unrestrained joy, and together they leaped, rushing towards the ancient Golden Bell hanging on the cloud, simultaneously striking it with their right fists.
The next instant.
"Dong!"
A clear, ethereal, and resounding chime rang out from the ancient Golden Bell.
It was like an echo of history, drifting from the distant past.
As if a stone had been dropped into the deep water of a secluded mountain pool.
A breeze-like sound, spreading out in ripples from the Golden Bell, permeated the hearts of everyone on the Killion like a clear mountain spring.
Hibari closed her eyes, a deeply intoxicated expression on her face, listening carefully to the ethereal chime.
"What a beautiful sound."
Below the Golden Bell, Wiper and Kuiliké stood on either side, exchanged glances, and then both turned to look towards the Killion.
"Rear Admiral Rorschach! Could you please ring this Golden Bell?"
Wiper shouted loudly.
Rorschach was startled. "Me? Why?"
"Our strength is too small; the Golden Bell's chime is too faint and cannot carry, preventing the people on Jaya Island from hearing it. So, Rear Admiral Rorschach, please ring this Golden Bell."
Kuiliké's face was bright with a radiant smile.
For how many years had he not felt so happy?
What a romantic life.
Ancestor Noland, do you see?
Seeing everyone's gazes converge on him, Rorschach nodded.
"Okay."
Then, to Hibari's astonishment, Rorschach smiled and reached out, wrapping an arm around her slender waist. With a step, his tall frame shot up from the Killion's deck, soaring into the sky. He used Moonwalk to fly through the air towards the suspended Golden Bell.
"Brother Rorschach, you..."
The little girl, nestled in Rorschach's arm, blushed, her voice barely audible.
"Don't you want to ring the Golden Bell, Hibari?"
Rorschach looked down, smiling gently.
"Yes," Hibari lightly bit her lower lip, nodding softly, her voice almost inaudible.
"Haha, then let's ring it together. This kind of opportunity is very rare. If we miss this time, who knows how many years it will be before we have another chance to come up."
The young man smiled, holding the girl in one arm, and under the envious gazes of everyone, he flew to the ancient Golden Bell. Simultaneously, he extended his hand and struck the mottled bell wall, covered in historical marks.
"DONG!!"
Completely different from the previous melodious and ethereal chime, this clang resonated instantly through the entire world, like a grand bell.
Wiper and Kuiliké, who had been smiling, changed their expressions and quickly raised their hands to cover their ears.
The immense sound even created a visible ripple in the air around the Golden Bell.
If the previous chime was like dropping a small stone into a deep pool,
Then this bell's chime was like dropping a dynamite rock into that same deep pool.
The entire surface of the deep pool was violently lifted by the sound waves...
The hurricane-like sound waves even blew the hovering Killion backward by more than ten meters.
On the ship, Law, Gan Fall, Bepo, and the others all gaped, staring dumbfounded at the smiling young man and girl.
"Now, not only will the bell's sound reach Jaya Island, but it might even reach all of Skypiea, and perhaps even the Blue Sea below..." Gan Fall murmured in a daze.
It's unclear if it was a coincidence.
As this world-shaking bell rang out, the last ray of sunset shone upon the two young figures who had soared into the sky, magnifying their silhouettes millions of times, casting them onto the sea in front of Mock Town.
Vice Admiral Gummy Bear and Rear Admiral Cadell, still clearing up the aftermath at Mock Town's port, along with numerous Marine soldiers from G2 Branch, all gaped, staring blankly at the two enormous figures, one large and one small, embracing each other, towering thousands of meters high over the dark sea.
"That silhouette... looks a bit familiar," Rear Admiral Cadell swallowed.
Gummy Bear took a camera from a nearby staff officer and pressed the shutter, pointing it at the two colossal figures.
"Idiot, it's clearly those two kids, Rorschach and Hibari. Hahaha, how romantic! Are they trying to express their deep love for each other in such a breathtaking way? They're really young people, with this enviable, wild romance."
"This photo is so beautiful, I'm going to print it out and send it to Admiral Akainu."
