Grand Line – Paradise
Alabasta – In the desert outside the port city of Nanohana
A few kilometers away from the port city, Ace, Luffy, and Sabo appear in the middle of the desert using Soru or their own version equivalent to Soru. All around, wherever one looked, only dunes could be seen, the hot air distorting in waves around them.
"Come on, you two! I...", Ace turns to his brothers and begins to speak, gesturing for them to advance at him, only to be interrupted mid-sentence by Luffy, who was already in front of him with a huge predatory grin on his face, his fist cocked back, sonic booms sounding in the background like bursts of machine-gun fire just a few microseconds later.
Already in Gear Second, with his arm coated in Haki, Luffy says "Gomu Gomu no Jet Bullet!!!", delivering a powerful punch to Ace's face, who at the last second manages to raise his arms and coat them with Haki, barely defending himself from the surprise attack of his 'cannon fodder' little brother.
Crossing kilometers of distance in a matter of seconds, Ace crashes into several dunes before his momentum slows, finally managing to stop after eating a mound of sand and being buried by a dune.
"Bleh! Cough... cough! Blehh! I'm pretty sure there's sand inside my ass... okay, alright! You're not cannon fodder, I get it!", spitting out sand as he gets up, trying his best to clean his mouth, Ace grumbles, realizing he would have to take his little brother a bit seriously.
After patting around his body a few times in an attempt to get rid of the sand, Ace gives up upon realizing that only a bath would fix it, and then vanishes from where he was using his own version of Soru, the dune he was on exploding into a cloud of sand and shards of melted glass because of his powers.
Boosting his movement with his flames, Ace crosses kilometers in a matter of microseconds, sonic booms echoing through space-time, accompanying his movement, like a machine gun burst.
Upon arriving where his brothers were, Ace comes across the two engaged in intense hand-to-hand combat, the collision of their attacks splitting the sky with each exchanged blow and raising sand into the air, the Conqueror's lightning stemming from their attacks danced uncontrollably across the battlefield, vitrifying the sand wherever they passed.
Not wanting to be left out of the party, Ace, still advancing, forms a ball of fire in one of his hands and infuses it with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki before then hurling it toward his brothers while shouting, "Daienkai: Chōshinsei!!!"
As soon as it detaches from Ace's hand, the fireball, the size of a common Rasengan, travels through space-time like a misshapen mass of red and black plasma, crossing the distance that separates him from his brothers instantly.
On its path, the fireball skims near the ground before rising, leaving behind a trail of vitrified, molten sand, a product of its scorching heat and the Conqueror's lightning crackling around it.
Seeing Ace throw that fireball with his Advanced Observation Haki before the act even happens, Sabo quickly lands an elbow strike straight into Luffy's stomach before ducking down and moving away from his little brother, dodging the fireball at the very last second.
The fireball then passes through where Sabo's head had been just a few seconds ago and hits Luffy's face squarely, at the moment he had bent forward because of the elbow strike that hit his stomach.
The only thing Luffy manages to do before the fireball meets resistance a few centimeters from his face due to Conqueror's repulsion and then explodes, is protect himself with Haki.
A massive point-blank explosion then sends Luffy flying away like a runaway missile; the same explosion makes Sabo lose his balance and hurl forward, sliding on the sand, on a collision course with Ace.
Recovering quickly, Sabo coats his metal pipe with Haki and begins spinning it like a fan to defend himself from the barrage of fire bullets that start raining down on him nonstop, scorching explosions pounding against his improvised 'shield' without pause.
Meanwhile, Ace continues charging forward at full speed while firing at Sabo with his "Higan".
A few seconds later, upon reaching Sabo's range, Ace stops shooting before then forming a common fireball and hurling it point-blank at the revolutionary with one of his now free hands, at a low angle, aiming precisely at the edge of his 'shield' close to the ground.
As soon as the fireball explodes upon coming into contact with the tip of his rotating metal pipe, Sabo's guard is broken, his arms being thrown upward along with his weapon, leaving him completely open to any attack Ace decides to make next.
And seizing the opportunity, Ace breaks through Sabo's guard and delivers a powerful flaming punch coated with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki, at a vertical downward angle, aiming to strike the top of the revolutionary's skull and thus crash his face against the ground, increasing the damage.
At the last second, Sabo uses the momentum from his broken guard to dodge backward, narrowly avoiding Ace's flaming fist, who, upon realizing he missed, continues his swing and punches the ground while murmuring "Daienkai: Honō Tsunami!!!", the impact making a deafening crash echo across the desert, the shockwave caused by the punch was so massive that the revolutionary finds himself launched flying backward.
From the epicenter of the attack, a crater forms and expands at a staggering speed, easily reaching the size of an overpopulated city, and then, accompanying the formation of this crater, Conqueror's lightnings and a sea of hellish flames burst from Ace's fist and spread around him like a tsunami.
Recovering quickly in the air, Sabo swiftly lands on the ground, sliding backward for a few meters.
The moment his movement ceases, Sabo sees a colossal wave of melted and vitrified sand mixed with scalding flames and Conqueror's lightnings coming his way. The sound of this seemingly insurmountable 'force of nature' was nothing short of overwhelming; surely it would leave an ordinary person paralyzed.
But Sabo was not ordinary, so in the very next instant, he disappears from where he was, advancing toward the colossal wave using Soru, sonic booms accompanying his movement through space.
When it seemed the tsunami would engulf him, Sabo murmurs with a smile "Ryūsōken: Ryūbi!!!", at the same time as he swings his metal pipe coated in Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki in an upward vertical arc.
A black air blade then detaches from his pipe in the middle of the swing and advances toward the colossal wave, violently tearing the ground in its path as it grows in size.
And upon colliding with the colossal wave, the air blade prevents that part of the wave from continuing to advance; the two attacks repelling each other like magnets of equal poles, each pushing the other without losing strength, both slowly approaching until finally they touch.
As soon as the two attacks touch, a devastating explosion shakes the environment so violently that it creates the illusion of space distorting, the air shifts forcefully, the ground trembles while Conqueror's lightnings tears through the surrounding dunes, and finally, a giant hole opens in Ace's attack.
Meanwhile, the clouds in the sky split horizontally just like the ground, a gigantic ravine forming, sand sliding in and filling it in the next instant.
At no moment stopping his advance, Sabo passes through the gap he just made in Ace's attack using a combination of Soru and Geppo, colliding with his brother shortly thereafter, the two engaging in intense hand-to-hand combat, Conqueror's lightnings dancing around them while the sky and the ground beneath them split with each exchanged blow.
At a given moment, Ace ducks and dodges a thrust from Sabo's pipe, breaking through his brother's guard and delivering a one-inch punch to his gut while speaking with a predatory smile, "Hiken!!!", his fist was a mass of infernal flames with a black core, coated with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki.
Meeting resistance as he reaches Sabo's belly, Ace pushes his fist with even more force until he manages to bury it in the revolutionary's stomach.
The subsequent shock of the Conqueror's explosion hurls Sabo away at supersonic speed, at the same time that a torrent of scorching flames extends from Ace's fist and strikes the revolutionary right after he is sent flying, dragging him for kilometers, sonic booms accompanying him throughout the entire course.
"Hot, hot, hot!!!!", with a hoarse, breathless voice, Sabo screams in pain while hastily protecting himself with Haki, disappearing into the horizon, engulfed in a torrent of concentrated fire that looked more like a laser beam.
Returning to Ace, not even a second after he blasted Sabo far away, Luffy appears in the air above, one of his legs extended beyond the clouds, coated with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki.
"Gomu Gomu no...", Luffy murmurs, retracting his extended leg at supersonic speed before then bringing it down on Ace, sonic booms accompanying his descent as he finishes shouting "Jet Ono!!!!"
All of this happened in a matter of microseconds. Ace, meanwhile, can only react by crossing his arms above his head and coating them with Haki.
Luffy's foot then meets resistance a few centimeters from hitting Ace's arms, one forcing upward and the other downward, both repelling each other like magnets, around them Conqueror's lightnings tears the ground while the distance, dunes split in half because of the shock wave.
Finding himself without a solid footing to continue this clash, his feet slipping and sinking into the fine sand, Ace is forced to divert Luffy's stomp to the ground in front of him.
A gigantic crater then forms with the impact of Luffy's stomp hitting the ground, everything shaking as if the world were splitting in half, felt for kilometers, even from the city, Conqueror's lightnings tearing the ground uncontrollably, vitrifying every grain of sand in its path.
The shockwave raises a cloud of dust into the air and sends Ace sliding several meters backward.
With Luffy still in the air, Ace hurls two fireballs at him, forcing the Straw Hat to retract his leg and pull himself down, narrowly dodging the attack, the flames of the subsequent explosion brushing against his skin.
"Hot, hot!!", Luffy shouts as he slaps out the fire that begins to burn the hair on his arm.
Meanwhile, Ace, upon seeing his brother descending, quickly charges upward at him, transforming into a mass of living infernal flames.
As soon as Luffy reaches the ground, Ace is already upon him, having returned to his human form, in a punching stance, his clenched fist was a mass of fire with a black core, Conqueror's lightning crackling around him.
Quickly dodging his brother's flaming punch, Luffy engages in hand-to-hand combat with him. And then, time passes, and what seemed like minutes, but were actually seconds, go by. Meanwhile, in the sky, the clouds split with every exchanged attack, the ground below was the same, ravines forming and being filled by fine sand constantly, the air around them distorting because of the shockwaves from their blows, scalding flames, and Conqueror's lightnings dancing uncontrollably across the battlefield.
At a given moment, Ace dodges a 'Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol', passing under his little brother's extended arm and delivering a powerful flaming hook to the side of Luffy's body, folding him in half, his fist meeting resistance just a few centimeters before striking him, scorching flames sweeping across the lower part of the Straw Hat's torso the very next instant.
"AHHHHHHHH!!!", Luffy screams in pain before protecting his torso with Haki, his shirt reduced to ashes.
While screaming in pain, Luffy wraps his arm around Ace to prevent him from moving and then begins headbutting his brother brutally, shockwaves shaking the surroundings with each headbutt.
Everything happens very fast, fast to the point that Ace cannot react in time, being stunned with each new headbutt, the flames that were burning Luffy dissipating.
And when Ace finally manages to react by coating his forehead with Haki, Luffy is already extending his head back, his forehead painted red, with fresh blood running down his face.
And as soon as Ace fully regains his senses, Luffy is already contracting his neck at supersonic speed, sonic booms echoing through the desert, his forehead coated with Advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki.
When seeing the force with which this attack would hit him with his Observation Haki, Ace surrounds Luffy's body with fire in an attempt to make him let go.
But the shot backfires, because Luffy only screams in pain, "AHHHHHHH!!! GOMU GOMU NO JET KANE!!!!", and headbutts him with even more force and brutality, the repulsion that usually happens when using Advanced Conqueror's Haki barely offering resistance before Luffy smashes his skull into Ace's.
The force of the blow makes Ace spin violently in the air, his body piercing the ground and only stopping after traveling several dozen meters, completely buried. Meanwhile, the shockwave hurls Luffy violently backward, dunes exploding as they come into contact with his body; his momentum not slowing even after kilometers are covered.
After having traveled kilometers in a matter of seconds, Luffy came back to his senses and uses Geppo to stop his movement and return to the ground.
And as soon as Luffy's feet touch the ground, not even a microsecond passes before he disappears from where he was using Soru, returning to the fight, the dune he was on, as well as the dunes in a wide radius around it, exploding from the shockwave caused by his movement.
As soon as he returns to where his brother was, Luffy sees Ace standing, no longer buried, brushing the sand off his body with slaps, his head bleeding, fresh blood running down his face and neck; Luffy, on the other hand, has much of his body singed, the lucky part being that his skin is resilient, so it would take more power to cause more serious damage.
The two then stare at each other expressionlessly for a few seconds before predatory smiles appear on their faces, Luffy being the first to move, exclaiming excitedly "Gomu Gomu no Jet Shotgun!!!" as he punches his brother, making his extended arm swing like a guitar string.
Upon seeing what seemed to be just a single fist transform into thousands, Ace uses his Observation to dodge each erratic movement, several grazing him; more and more bruises accumulating on his body.
And as soon as Luffy pulls his arm back, Ace wastes no time and unleashes a torrent of infernal flames at his brother, it was as if he were using a flamethrower, and the mentioned flamethrower was actually a dragon, the flames was so concentrated and intense that it seemed like he was firing a laser beam at the Straw Hat.
Upon seeing the fire laser coming toward him with his Advanced Observation Haki, Luffy coats his arm with Haki before beginning to spin it in front of his body like a supersonic fan while saying, "Gomu Gomu no Rubber Shield!!!", the gust of wind lifting sand in all directions.
And then the impact comes with a crash that reverberates across the battlefield and beyond. Imagine the scene of Iron Man hitting Captain America's shield with his repulsor beam, but on a larger, more epic, and more devastating scale.
Not wanting to spend the whole day spinning his arm, Luffy dodges to the side using Soru, and while Ace begins to move his fire beam toward his little brother's new position, the Straw Hat spins his body and then extends the same arm that had been spinning just a few microseconds ago, taking advantage of the centrifugal force to deliver a powerful "Gomu Gomu no Jet Flail!!!" at his brother.
His extended arm, coming from above, hits Ace faster than he can defend, driving his head into the ground with overwhelming force, a massive crater forming from the impact.
With his arm still stretched, Luffy throws it upward, extending it even more while simultaneously twisting it to create elastic tension.
As soon as his fist stretches enough to graze the clouds in the sky, Luffy contracts his arm at the speed of light.
Then, with his arm spinning in a blur of speed, Luffy punches and drills through the ground while saying, "Gomu Gomu no Jet Drill!!!", his fist traveling underground until emerging on the surface right where Ace's face was.
All of this happened in a matter of seconds. At the moment Ace begins to rise, dazed, his future sight arises with force, but it was already too late; Luffy's Haki-coated fist was already connecting with his face.
The repulsion of Conqueror's Haki offering little, if any, resistance to Luffy's fist, which connects with Ace's face with a deafening crash, the force of his punch, along with the shockwave, sending his brother into the sky at the speed of light.
Pulling his arm back, Luffy uses a combination of Geppo and Soru to chase after Ace in the sky, the ground where he had been exploding into a giant crater.
In the air, ascending, Ace, his face completely battered and bloodied, quickly recovers and murmurs, a bit annoyed, "Alright, I've stopped playing! I'm going all out from now on!"
Ace then assumes a punching stance, coating his fist with Haki before delivering a powerful punch at what, until then, seemed like just air. And, not even a microsecond later, Luffy appears exactly in the path of his punch.
"Hiken!!!", Ace murmurs with a predatory smile as his fist crosses through the repulsion of Conqueror's Haki as if it were nothing and brutally strikes Luffy's face.
A torrent of infernal flames engulfs Luffy's body the next instant, launching him away at the speed of light toward the port city, Nanohana, in case you guys don't remember.
