Zhou Yuwen asked Lu Wanting to squeeze out twenty million US dollars from the agency. Fifteen million of that was for purchasing the estate, and the remaining five million was for the basic construction of the estate.
All the land of a small county town is now Zhou Yuwen's private property. It includes mountains, forests, and various rare wild animals. Honestly, after acquiring this piece of land, Zhou Yuwen wasn't sure how to develop it. Thankfully, there was an experienced Manor Owner, Heather, next door, who told Zhou Yuwen that he could hire local farmers to work for him, or go to city bars to hire some cowboys, or even workers with more professional skills.
"It's not like before; you can't quickly get cheap and stable labor. But as long as you have enough money, I'm sure they would be happy to work for you," Heather said with a smile.
