Chapter 1180 - Chapter 1086: The Faith of the Indians

The small town of Baxley on the southern bank of the Ortamaho River.

More than 500 warriors of the Cherokee Tribe watched as the American Militia set up several cannons on the opposite bank, their faces filled with pain and dread.

Chieftain Chinabe Hase rode past the front of the defense line, yet unlike previous wars, he did not loudly rouse his warriors, but instead rode with a darkened face and bowed his head in silence.

He knew very well that there were at least 800 American soldiers on the other side, all armed with flintlock guns, and even possessing three cannons.

He had led his tribe in resistance for nearly two months, suffering heavy casualties, but still could not stop the advance of the Americans.

At this point, his warriors had only a little over a hundred flintlocks, and less than a thousand rounds of ammunition.
