Mutant Blue Ice Cypress seeds were sown; the first batch had 77 seeds, but only 4 successfully grew into half-meter tall saplings. The second batch had 164 seeds, and yielded just 11 seedlings.
The situation was different from both Black Peach and Purple Poppet.
The flaw of Mutant Blue Ice Cypress was an extremely low seed germination and survival rate. Dragon Cypress speculated that the cause was the seeds being too small.
Therefore, the main focus for optimizing and cultivating Mutant Blue Ice Cypress would be to select plants with larger fruit and bigger seeds.
After two years, Azure used bud cultivation techniques to propagate the first batch of 1,000 Mutant Blue Ice Cypress saplings, which were developing well. According to plan, Dragon Cypress transplanted them to White Lotus Lake.
Next came the second and third batches, each also 1,000 saplings.
