The tumultuous waves of "support" for Colombia in the Parliament Building had not yet fully subsided when a concise action report had already crossed national borders and appeared on Victor's desk in Mexico City.
The report contained only a few lines, but each word was of great importance: "The Bogota purge operation is complete. Carlos and the core opposition have been brought to justice, the Parliament has restored order, and Armando is in full control of the situation."
Victor put down the report, his fingers unconsciously tapping on the smooth desk surface, his gaze directed at the skyline of Mexico City outside the window.
"Heh~" a light chuckle came from his nasal passage, breaking the brief silence, "Done quite neatly."
Beside him, Casare immediately caught his reaction and gently pushed another document, suggesting subsequent reorganization of the Colombian army and adjustments to the Mexican stationed troops, towards him.
