Reaching the Nine Layer Heavens, this meant arriving at the end of the Immortal Road, or perhaps just one step away from the Supreme Dao Venerable.
Even though the Nine Layer Heavens have both strong and weak, for instance, he hasn't yet completed the Divine Power Secret Technique of the Nine Layer Heavens, his Divine Body has not undergone a higher level of tempering. In the Nine Layer Heavens, he might not be considered strong, but he has indeed stepped into this Domain.
This means,
he no longer faces life or death threats in the Abyss of Eternity.
