Eddie: GAUNTLETS
A Thorn immediately jumped on my back, I slammed it on the ground and drove my fist through it's face
The blow from the divine weapon ignited the demon on impact
(Looks like I don't have a choice)
Eddie: ALRIGHT, LET'S GO!!
I slammed my fist's together as the next set of shadow demons tested there luck
I slipped the first one's attack and hit it right in it's ribs
The second took the opportunity to rush in
I slid on the ground and tripped the demon
It went in the air, but before it even had the chance to fall, I grabbed it's ankle and pulled it back towards me
And delivered a devastating right hook, that ripped the demon's head right off of it's body
Another tried to catch me off gard
As it swiped to take my head off
I dodged it and dropped kicked him into the crowd
I rolled back to my feet and picked one up, then slammed it on the ground
More and more shadow demons began poring in now, attempting to finish what the last couldn't
But it was no use, with every strike I hit with my divine weapon, the demons burst into flames, just like the last, as did any other demon that crossed my path, until there was nothing left
Corner of the room: Clap, Clap, Clap
A dark figure applauded me from the other side of the room
Only their glowing red eyes could be seen clearly
Figure: Well done, very good
I shuke off my gauntlets and they turned back into my roman tattoo
Eddie: You must be the survivor I'm looking for
Figure: what gave it away
Eddie: A lot of red flags, that I just had to ignore
Figure: Don't be so hard on yourself Eddie, this is only the beginning, you still have much to learn

The man stepped out of the shadows and motioned his hand towards me

I leaped back and recalled my gauntlets

The devil put his finger tips on a light bulb that was hanging from the ceiling and it turned on
When the light came on something caught my eye, there was a little boy who was tied up on the floor behind him

A chill went up my spine, My body began trembling as the very monster we trained so hard to face was standing right in front of me

The light bulb began to flicker uncontrollably as he spoke
