Xiaoxiao found a serving tray, placed the dishes on it, and was just about to leave when someone came in from outside.
The arrival was none other than the third leader of the stockade. As he entered, he shouted, "Are the dishes ready? If they're done, hurry up and serve them. It's time to welcome the Big Boss."
The third leader was somewhat dissatisfied, clearly having planned well, but things didn't go according to his plan.
The Big Boss's reaction meant that tonight's feast was entirely a bust.
"Third Leader, everything is prepared," someone in the kitchen replied.
"Then serve the dishes," came the command.
"Got it!" the people in the kitchen responded, and immediately began bustling in and out.
There were many people in the stockade, and everyone ate together outside in an open area in the stockade.
Xiaoxiao saw everyone busy and wanted to take the dishes outside too.
But she noticed a fierce glare directed at her.
