Because of Shen Bingqing's arrival, Lei Zijia had dinner with Shen Bingqing in the restaurant. Shen Bingqing was great at cooking, and the Chinese dishes she made very much suited Lei Zijia's taste. At the dining table, father and daughter didn't have much of a conversation, except for Shen Bingqing occasionally serving dishes to Lei Zijia. It was a habit she developed from childhood, accustomed to taking care of those around her. Perhaps because she lost her mother, she cherished her father and sister even more.
"Dad, you can't just stay in the Flower Room all day; you need to go out and exercise. It's good for your physical and mental health." Shen Bingqing put down her chopsticks and looked seriously at Lei Zijia.
"Hmm, you're right!"
"Then, shall we practice volleyball later?" Shen Bingqing enthusiastically suggested.
"No, I have things to do tonight, I'm full!" Lei Zijia didn't linger any longer; after putting down his chopsticks, he got up.
