Miss Qiao Lan brought a food box to Begonia Garden.
Xiang Wei cheerfully said, "Qiao Lan, what delicious treats have you brought?" After Qiao Lan returned, Xiang Wei felt it was wasted to keep her at Begonia Garden. Since Yueyao had four personal maids, Qiao Lan was left with nothing to do. Xiang Wei simply let Qiao Lan help at the Rouge Shop, as the shop was attended by women, making it more convenient for female guests. Qiao Lan quite enjoyed working at the Rouge Shop.
Knowing Xiang Wei was a foodie, Qiao Lan deliberately brought some snacks she found delicious: "These are lotus powder balls. I think they're quite tasty, so I brought some over for Miss and Sister Xiang Wei to try."
