Radika looked up and saw Rudra.
While rubbing her head,
She asked,"Sir, what are you doing here? Why don't you make a sound?"
Rudra smiled."You didn't hear me."
He looked at her and asked,"So, what are you going to do now?"
Radika shrugged."I don't know."
Then she slowly looked at him.
"Sir, is your work completed?"
Rudra answered with a smile."Yeah, completed!"
Radika's face brightened.
"Then come with me. I'll show you around."
Rudra looked at her curiously."Where?"
"Let's enjoy together before they come back. There are many places here that I love. I'll show you."
Rudra smiled."Okay. Come on."
Radika took Rudra to a restaurant she loved.
They sat across from each other at a table. Radika picked up the menu and started looking through it.
"Sir, I really love these dishes here."
She pointed at a few items on the menu.
Then she looked at him.
"Sir, what do you want to eat?"
Rudra looked at the menu for a moment.
"It is my first time here. You order the food."
Radika smiled.
"Okay."
She ordered fish fry, chicken dishes, biryani and a few starters.
While they were waiting for the food, Rudra looked at her.
"So, how are you enjoying your trip?"
Radika's face immediately brightened.
"Yeah, I'm enjoying it so much! It's going really good. After seeing you..."
She paused for a moment.
"I mean... all these things again. I'm really happy."
The moment she said it, she realized what she had just said.
What are you saying, Radika?
She quickly looked away.
Rudra noticed her sudden change but didn't say anything.
Just then, their food arrived.
Radika immediately looked at the dishes in front of them.
"Sir, try this one first. It's really good."
Rudra tried it.
"You were right."
Radika smiled.
"I told you."
They continued eating and talking until they finished their meal.
After leaving the restaurant, they started walking through the nearby market.
Radika looked around at all the little shops until something caught her attention.
"Sir, look!"
She stopped at a shop selling earrings.
She picked up two different pairs and held them up.
"Which one is good?"
Rudra looked at both.
"Both are looking good."
Radika looked at him.
"You're not helping me, sir."
Rudra smiled.
"You asked me which one looks good. I said both."
Radika laughed and decided to take both.
Before she could pay, Rudra had already paid for them.
She looked at him in surprise.
"Why did you pay, sir? I would have paid."
Rudra simply smiled.
"It's okay. Now let's go."
He started walking ahead.
Radika stood there for a second, looking at the earrings in her hand.
Then she smiled and followed him.
They strolled through the beautiful streets of Pondicherry.
They stopped at a few places and took pictures together.
Radika was enjoying every moment, and Rudra couldn't help but smile whenever he saw her excitement.
For a while, they forgot about everything else and simply enjoyed themselves.
In the evening, they stopped at a café and had some coffee and snacks.
After that, they went to the beach for a walk, with macarons in their hands.
There were many activities happening along the shore. When Radika noticed the horse rides, she immediately looked at Rudra.
"Sir, look! Can we try that?"
Rudra looked at her and smiled.
"Okay."
They went for a horse ride and ended up laughing at each other as the horses slowly moved along the shore.
Radika was enjoying every moment.
Slowly, the sun started going down.
They both stood near the shore, watching the sunset together.
The sky slowly changed its colours, and the sound of the waves made everything around them feel quiet.
For the first time that day, both of them felt peaceful.
There was a strange relief in their hearts, as if they had forgotten everything else for a while.
After a few moments, Radika looked at him.
"Sir, do you have any plans tomorrow?"
Rudra looked at her.
"Not yet. But I'm going to leave tomorrow night."
Radika's expression immediately changed.
"What? Why don't you stay for a few more days and explore Pondicherry?"
Rudra lowered his voice.
"I only took two days' leave. I can't stay any longer."
Radika looked at him.
"What did you say, sir?"
Rudra quickly looked away.
"It's just... I have work, so I have to leave."
Radika became silent.
Rudra noticed the change in her face, but he didn't know what to say.
After some time, Radika spoke again.
"If you don't have any work tomorrow, then how about we watch the sunrise together?"
Rudra looked at her.
"I'm fine with that. But what about your friends?"
"Don't worry about them. We woke up early today, so they won't wake up early tomorrow. And we're not even watching the sunrise here."
Rudra looked at her curiously.
"If we're not staying here, then where are we going?"
Radika's eyes suddenly filled with excitement.
"Auroville."
"Radika... Radika!"
Hima and Sara called out to her, interrupting their conversation.
"What are you both doing here?" sara asked, and hima greeting Rudra.
Radika quickly replied,
"I just came to wait for you both. Sir was enjoying the sunset, so we were just talking."
"Oh, okay," Sara said.
But Rohan wasn't satisfied with her answer.
He quietly looked at Radika and Rudra, his doubts growing stronger.
