Im stopping this series, i ended up on a dead end with the last couple of chapters. I didn't want this series to go in a "mc with op power" Thing. It was supposed to be a sci-fi type, where mc doesn't actually has powers but he uses his knowledge from his previous life and makes stuff. But i never really planned things out before writing a chapter, hence ended up on a dead end. But since this is not getting past 21 chapters im just gonna tell the ending and plot points which would've been a big big spoilers if the series continued. The sky people were the owners of the planet they live in. And the land people appeared from a portal (they're from yanz's original earth), who got teleported here by an entity (the final main villain. Inever really thought about what it was yet). Sky people were living on land rn, but their racism kicked in and said they can't share land with powerless peasants, but they couldn't kill them cuz illeu Damien was on their side (most powerful of them all) so the sky people said let's make our own land away from the land people. Protests happened and illeu Damien raised up a huge chunk of land to the sky, hence sky island. But the sky people didn't like him cuz they couldn't freely abuse the land people so many main powerful families (including the family of the sky person who yanz killed in the past chapters) planned to kill illeu, and he died so they abused the land people freely, but they still couldn't kill em cuz there were 2 very strong families who were with the land people. But they didn't save illeu cuz turns out the 2 families aren't really good (plot twist), the reason they were against kiling them is cuz they were on food shortage so they made the land people do the farming for them. And since they proposed the idea, their political power was even stronged. But obviously yanz is smartee then them so he overthrew the power balance by making sci-fi gadgets an all.
