"Teleportation!" Nathan muttered. He could see his vision getting distorted.
Then, the next thing he realized, his body disappeared before reappearing much farther ahead.
"Huuu…" Nathan exhaled deeply before looking back. "It looks like I succeeded."
Nathan re-summoned Mae to his side. "How far is it?"
"About 150 meters (492 feet)." Mae roughly calculated. "It's quite stable, since this is the first time you've used it."
"Well, I have used Blink, but this is the first time I have used teleportation. How do I say this…?" Nathan scratched the back of his head.
"Technically, Blink is a kind of teleportation. However, due to its short distance, there's not much change. Your vision doesn't get distorted, and so on."
Nathan nodded. "On the other hand, teleportation requires the help of the void. It could be said I'm bending the void, which allows me to cover that distance in one go."
