In the end, after much lengthy and loud and head-hurting deliberation, we compromise. Yurts on the property, and stays in every celestial court. We will be a nomadic board, commuting to the construction/remodeling site daily.
The board ends up voting for which place will host us. The breakdown is:
Olympus--Athena, Waverly, Apollo, Pigsy
Underworld--Hades, Persephone, Mom, Dad, Daji, me, Owlman, Pazuzu, Mithra, Gram, Gramps, Jocelyn, Damon, Rokaci
Djinn Palace--Jastam, Wendigo Will, Tina, Yeshamiel
Mountain of Fruit and Flowers--Sandy, Fuxi, Sun Wukong, Erlang Shen
It's a raucous debate inside a yurt, which ends up in flames because Fuxi and Rokaci tend to use their fire breath to settle arguments at times. We move to another yurt and establish a new rule: "No fire-breathing inside easily flammable spaces during board meetings."
Aside from the five man camps, there's an "undecided/abstain" vote, but in the end, the Underworld wins, and we all spend the time in Hades' palace.
