I didn't feel this nervous before my wedding. But then, I didn't know it would take place right beside Hades and Persephone, as a bonus attraction.
The new hotel, an emerald-and-ivory sprawling mansion with seven stories and two diagonal wings jutting out, glistens in the first light of dawn, the God light. The finishing touch near the center of the building's facade, the Wendigo Residence Inn title and logo with a rendering of a wendigo's face, gleams raw and fresh after artisans worked round the clock and bent time and space in order to finish. A sleek emerald-and-ivory dome sits off to the side, connected to the main hotel by a crystalline tunnel.
