Just as he was about to enter the door, he ran into Vegeta. Their gazes clashed.
Although it was only for a split second, Ragar could clearly feel Vegeta's burning fighting spirit directed straight at him!
Ragar had sensed for some time that Vegeta wanted to fight him.
He too was looking forward to seeing whether, in the next round, he might encounter Vegeta. After all, he also wanted to see just how powerful this so-called Super Saiyan really was!
