"Of course, I will. That's why I even took the trouble of slicing them myself."
Luciel had grown three large watermelons and had been slicing one of them while talking to the kids a while ago.
So, there were still two other watermelons that Treyton could prepare on his own.
"Then just let me eat first. I'll slice another one later," Treyton said while getting another slice of melon.
Luciel glared at Treyton before looking away and picking up a watermelon slice to eat as well.
"What about you kids? Want some?" Luciel asked, pointing at the watermelon slices on the table.
"No, we will eat these!" Sophie said, showing the chips and cookies she had just gotten.
"You guys don't want watermelons? They're healthier," Luciel said while eating a slice of watermelon.
"We'll eat watermelons later. We already planned to eat chips and cookies," Ashlee replied instead of Sophie.
"I see," Luciel said and didn't care about it anymore, as they had a lot of food the kids could choose from.
