The base leader and Uncle Jeremy talked for a bit more as Uncle Jeremy went over more procedures and said that after most of the bases southward had their communication lines ready, then they'll call again.

And then, the base leader also asked them if they could teach some people of the base about the proper frequency and how to set up internal communication in the base, so that if they have more resources later, they could also set it up.
