Not long after Haruhime appeared at the top of the stairs in the main hall, she joined the others on the couches.
"All right, who's going first?" Alfonzo asked curiously.
"Let's go in order of age, just like the very first time," Aislynn said with a shrug. "Usually, that would mean Haruhime would go first. But since I haven't updated her Falna since she joined the Familia, Tatsuo will be first this time."
Nodding in response, Tatsuo laid his Status sheet on the table. Subsequently, Momo, Sakura, and the others laid theirs down in order, as well. Meanwhile, Haruhime looked on with interest, curious to know just how strong the members of her new Familia were.

"God damn, T." Alfonzo said after looking over all the Status sheets. "You're a fucking monster. C-rank in Agility after only five weeks is fucking sick."
"Is that language really necessary?" Akatsuki asked. Then, she gestured towards Haruhime. "Look. You're making Haruhime-San really uncomfortable.'
"Oh, sorry 'bout that," Alfonzo said after glancing at Haruhime. Then, he continued while scratching the back of his head. "I haven't cussed like that in a while. It just kinda slipped out."
Everyone other than Haruhime knew what Alfonzo wanted to say. Before Amar'e was born, Elicia, although she did not like how much Alfonzo swore, did not usually say anything about it. But since their son was born, Elicia had been cracking down on Alfonzo's swearing so Amar'e would not pick up the habit from his father and grandmother.
"It... It's okay," Haruhime said meekly. "Alfonzo-Sama, you don't have to mind me."
"Damn... and now I feel like a bully," Alfonzo said while smiling wryly. "*Sigh* I guess I'll try to tone it down."
"Good Fonzie," Elicia said while smiling brightly as she reached up and patted Alfonzo's head.

"Knock it off," Alfonzo said while sweeping Elicia's hand off his head. "More important than that, James, Zelretch, and Sakura get to go down to the next section of the Dungeon this week."
"*Sigh* I thought more of us would get to go this time," Violet said while shaking her head. "We'll just have to work harder."
"I still can't be on Tatsuo's team," Aletia said while lowering her head in frustration.
"Actually, so each team has a mage, I'll stay on the higher Floors this week." Zelretch said calmly.
"Hmm... This means I'll have to change my plans," Aislynn said while stroking her chin and looking down at the update sheets.
"What do you mean?" Akatsuki asked curiously.
"Originally, if James hadn't reached an E-rank Attribute, I was going to have Sakura continue Adventuring on the Fifth through Seventh Floors with the rest of you. Then, I would have Haruhime act as Tatsuo's Supporter on the Eighth and Ninth Floors. But since there are enough of you to form a team on the Eighth and Ninth Floors, Haruhime will have to act as a Supporter for one of the teams on the higher Floors. That team will also be responsible for helping her gain Excelia, too."
"Oh, that makes sense," Momo said while nodding in understanding. "Then, that means we'll have two teams of four and one team of three this week, correct?"
"That's right," Aislynn replied with a nod of her own. Then, she turned to look at Tatsuo as she continued while grinning playfully. "My captain, what will the teams be this week?"
"*Sigh* You're having way too much fun with this," Tatsuo muttered.
Then, Tatsuo let his gaze drift over the members of the Familia who would be Adventuring on the Fifth through Seventh Floors while thinking about the best combinations.
At the same time, Haruhime came to a realization and looked at Tatsuo with a shocked expression.
'They said they went over the Falna updates in order from youngest to oldest, right?' Haruhime asked herself. 'Then, that should mean, other than me, Tatsuo-Sama is the youngest member of the Familia. Yet, he is also the Familia Captain. He must be incredible.'
"All right, the first team will be Zo, Lici, Violet, and Haruhime-San," Tatsuo said while noticing, yet choosing to ignore Haruhime's shocked gaze. "You three have the most experience when it comes to training others. So, you should be able to help Haruhime-San get used to the way we explore the Dungeon in the shortest time possible."
"Got it," Alfonzo replied with a nod.
"I understand," Violet replied with a nod of her own.
"Don't worry, we'll take good care of Hime," Elicia said happily.
"Hime?" Haruhime asked with a hint of bafflement at the familiar term of address.
"Good," Tatsuo replied with a nod. Then, he let his gaze sweep over Aletia, Akatsuki, Zelretch, and Momo. "That leaves you four on the last team. I'm pretty sure I don't need to say anything to you about how to do things."
"Yeah, we got it," Akatsuki replied while waving dismissively.
"I'll make sure no one gets hurt," Momo said resolutely.
"I'll reach E-rank soon," Aletia said. "Then, I'll be on your team, Tatsuo."
Zelretch only nodded at the assignment.
"Well then, since everything is sorted, you all can call it a night." Aislynn said while waving away the other members of the [Dimensional Chat]. "Haruhime, come with me. I need to get a look at your Falna."
With that, everyone stood up and started heading upstairs. And while Tatsuo, James, Alfonzo, Elicia, Violet, Aletia, Akatsuki, Sakura, Zelretch, and Momo went to get some sleep, Haruhime followed Aislynn up to her room to have her Falna updated. And this was the result...

The next morning, as he had said, Tatsuo headed out to the Hostess of Fertility to teach Mia and May. And just like she said she would, Momo went along with him. That left Alfonzo to cook alone, as Violet was leading Aletia and Sakura in their morning training.
James also led Haruhime's training. However, instead of immediately getting into sword practice, he first assessed her physical abilities. And after the assessment, James could only shake his head.
"*Sigh* Looks like we've got a lot of work cut out for us," James muttered while looking at Haruhime, who looked as though she would pass out at any minute. "But I've had worse to work with. So, I'm sure I can get you to a passable level before too long."
"*Pant* *Pant* Thank you, *Cough* *Pant* James-Sama. *Pant* *Pant*" Haruhime replied between ragged breaths.

"All right, take a break," James said casually. "We'll get back to it after breakfast. Although you won't be ready to fight on the Fifth Floor after today, hopefully, you'll be able to run away when necessary."
Hearing that they would continue after breakfast, Haruhime's face, which was already pale from exhaustion, paled even further. She also felt a hint of resentment after James suggested that she could not take care of herself on the Fifth Floor. Especially since she had been much deeper with Aisha and the Berbera.
Unfortunately, Haruhime failed to consider that when she had been in the Dungeon in the past, keeping her safe had been the Ishtar Familia's top priority, since she was the key to Ishtar's plan to overthrow Freya. On top of that, there had been quite a few members of the Familia whose only duty was to protect her while she was in the Dungeon.
Yet, because she would be operating with a team of four, there would be no dedicated protection for Haruhime. So, she would have to learn how to keep herself safe while the others were fighting the monsters.
On top of that, she would have to do it while carrying a heavy Supporters backpack.
Needless to say, the next few weeks would not be particularly pleasurable for the young Renard. Even so, she would grow much sooner and much faster than she did in the Canon version of events.
