Chapter 1 - Prologue

In the beginning, there was Superman.

Not the man, not the symbol, but the idea of him. An immovable object. A constant.

A figure that echoes across worlds, no matter how different they become.

Strength given a shape.

Power wearing a face.

In every universe, he leaves something behind. Hope. Fear. Order. Ruin. Sometimes all of it at once.

Across the multiverse, countless stories of him exist.

Some begin clean. Others are broken from the start.

Worlds that were once separate now sit too close together. Else worlds drift like loose pages from the same book.

The Flashpoint left a scar on reality, one that never truly healed.

It all started with one action.

Barry Allen ran back in time.

He used the Speed Force to change the past, and in doing so, he tore a hole through time itself.

What should have been a single timeline split apart.

Cause and effect stopped making sense. One change led to another, and then another.

New realities were born.

Every choice created a different world.

In one, heroes rose. In another, they fell. Some futures found peace.

Others collapsed because of a single mistake made at the wrong moment.

These events are fixed points.

They happen again and again.

We cannot stop them.

We only watch.

We are the Monitor.

Our role is simple: to observe the multiverse and record what unfolds. We do not interfere. We only remember.

Now our focus shifts to one small universe, easily overlooked, but far from harmless.

Earth–961.

A reality shaped by one deviation. One pod. One symbol. One world that changed everything.

Let us begin at the end of a planet.

Let us begin with Krypton.
