Chapter 26 - The Progress of Six Months

Six months had passed since Aryan and Tsunade had first established the study group, and the results were nothing short of remarkable. The academy was bustling with activity on Saturday mornings, filled with the energy and determination of students eager to improve themselves. Aryan couldn't help but smile as he watched them, reflecting on the journey they had all taken together.

Aryan vividly remembered the day he and Tsunade had separated the students into two groups. The expressions on the faces of the commoner students when they were placed in the first group were hard to forget. They had initially felt as though they were being cast aside, but that quickly changed when Aryan announced that he himself would be teaching their group.

Since that moment, the commoner students had shown remarkable improvement. Their comprehension of various subjects had increased, and their confidence grew with each passing week. At the training grounds, Aryan had faced some resistance when he instructed them to incorporate body stretching exercises before and after their workouts. The students were used to pushing themselves hard without considering the importance of flexibility and muscle care.

At first, they were unhappy about having to spend time on what seemed like unnecessary exercises, but they reluctantly accepted Aryan's guidance. However, after just a month, they began to see the benefits. Muscle soreness, which had plagued them initially, started to diminish. They realized how crucial these stretches were in preventing injuries and improving their overall physical performance. Their appreciation for Aryan grew as they came to understand the importance of proper guidance in their training.

Among all the students from group one, Aryan paid special attention to Might Duy, knowing how crucial a strong body would be for the Eight Gates Formation technique that would one day become the Might family's specialty. Might Duy, however, proved to be a challenge. His stubbornness and simple-mindedness, combined with his indomitable will, made him difficult to manage. He insisted on pushing himself to the limit, often overworking his body. Aryan, determined to help him, introduced some of the body workout routines he remembered from his previous life.

Aryan soon realized that the ninja world lacked the specific workout machines and tools that had been common in his previous life. Instead, the village was filled with ninja tools designed for combat, not physical training. This was understandable, as most ninjas didn't need to target specific muscles in their workouts—only those who focused exclusively on taijutsu, like Might Duy, needed such specialized training.

Recognizing Duy's lack of talent in ninjutsu and genjutsu, Aryan requested special funds from the school to order specific workout tools from a blacksmith. To his surprise, the request was approved quickly, and Aryan set to work designing various tools based on his memories of gym equipment.

When the tools were finally ready, Aryan introduced them to his group. Most students ignored them, as they weren't interested in such intensive physical training. But for Might Duy, it was as if he had found utopia. Tears streamed down his face as he expressed his overwhelming gratitude. From that day forward, Duy started listening to Aryan more closely and carefully followed all the training plans Aryan created for him.

Meanwhile, Tsunade had made great strides with the students in the second group. Given their solid foundations, these students improved rapidly compared to the first group. Tsunade's guidance, coupled with the natural talent of these clan students, allowed them to excel.

After three months, something unexpected happened. A few commoner students from other classes approached Aryan, asking if they could join the study group. They explained that their friends were already part of the group and had been showing significant improvement. Aryan welcomed them with open arms, stating that the group was meant to help students improve, and there were no restrictions on new members.

Word spread quickly, and the size of the study group began to increase. Seeing the progress of the commoner students, even clan students from other classes started to join. Soon, the study group comprised nearly all the first-grade students.

This sudden growth posed new challenges for Aryan and Tsunade. They needed to organize the students more effectively, so they decided to delegate responsibilities. Jiraiya was put in charge of helping students with physical activities, Orochimaru was assigned to give lectures on theory, and Sakumo Hatake took on the task of training students interested in basic sword techniques. Aryan and Tsunade maintained overall oversight, ensuring that the students were divided between the two groups based on their needs.

After six months, the study group had made tremendous progress. Most students now had a solid foundation, and the gap in theoretical knowledge had significantly narrowed. The group now mostly reviewed the material covered in school during the week, ensuring everyone kept up with the curriculum.

However, there was still a considerable gap in practical skills. The students in Aryan's group had yet to extract chakra, while most of the students in Tsunade's group had already grasped the basics of chakra extraction. Aryan knew this would be the next big hurdle for his group.

As he watched the students going about their activities, Aryan felt a sense of pride and responsibility. He believed that the time had come to start teaching the basics of chakra to his group. Their bodies were now ready, and it was time to take the next step in their ninja training.

Aryan smiled, knowing that the challenges ahead would only make them all stronger. He was ready to guide them, just as he had from the beginning, and help them unlock the potential within themselves.
