"Here we are," the saleswoman said gently, guiding Bella's attention toward a corner of the shop.
Bella's breath stilled.
Several mannequins stood together, each wearing something playful and sweet. One had a soft, burnt-orange set with little fox ears sewn delicately into the headband. Another wore sleek black pieces with a mischievous cat motif, tiny whiskers embroidered near the hip, a subtle tail detail. But it was the last one that made Bella's heart skip.
It was dressed in the softest shade of blush pink, with pieces that seemed both innocent and intentional. A delicate bralette with scalloped lace, and shorts with a small, fluffy pom-pom at the back.
"These are our bunny-themed sets," the woman explained, her voice warm. "They're a favorite."
