"Brothers, time to gang up on the llama!"
One after another, Dylan hurled out his Luxury Balls. Each one burst open with dazzling light as powerful legendary Pokémon appeared before him—
Solgaleo Necrozma, Lunala Necrozma, Eternatus, Kyurem, Dialga, Terapagos…
"..."
Michina stood frozen, staring at the vast lineup of legendaries filling the sky, until her gaze dropped to the only one still standing on the ground—Primal Groudon.
Right now, Primal Groudon looked up at its elder brothers hovering in the air. Couldn't just one of them come down to keep it company? Otherwise, this was really awkward!
Primal Groudon: (︵)
Dylan also sent a message to Balza, and a golden spatial ring appeared beside him.
"Dylan~ I'm here! So, who're we fighting—holy crap!"
The cheerful voice of Hoopa the Punished rang out, but before it could even finish speaking, its eyes locked on the sky—where Arceus was absolutely pummeling Origin Giratina.
Hoopa's eyes went wide, and it immediately tried to retreat back into its ring.
"Hey—don't you dare run!" Dylan grabbed one of Hoopa's horns just in time. This little mischief god was such a coward.
"That's ARCEUS, Dylan!"
Clearly, Hoopa had some serious trauma when it came to Arceus. After all, it had once been sealed by someone wielding Arceus's power.
"You don't mean to tell me this was the target you said we'd be fighting today, right?"
Hoopa's face went pale. When it got Dylan's message, it was thrilled—its best buddy hadn't forgotten it when it came to a big brawl!
But the target… wasn't this a bit much?!
"Yeah, that's right. But don't worry, Arceus doesn't have all of its plates right now." Dylan reassured him.
"Even so…" Hoopa muttered, voice small and shaky. Even without all its plates—Arceus was still Arceus!
"Arceus has been consumed by rage and despair toward humans and this world. One way or another, we have to stop it today."
Dylan's tone was calm but firm, and Hoopa finally stopped trembling. Dylan wasn't expecting it to fight head-on anyway—Hoopa's dimensional rings were far too useful for that.
Especially since Arceus's power was terrifying. A single Flamethrower had just blasted Dialga straight into the ground.
"Everyone, this is a once-in-a-million-years event! Maybe the only time in our lives we'll ever get the chance!"
"So give it everything you've got. Let's transform!"
Dylan clapped his hands, rallying the troops before the battle.
And he wasn't exaggerating—when else would anyone get the chance to gang up on the Creator itself?
"Fight Arceus, huh…"
"Been alive for millennia, never thought I'd see this day…"
"Father… how could it come to this?"
"Hey, can we even win?"
"What's there to be afraid of? Ten of us against one—odds don't get better than that."
Lunala Necrozma's deep telepathic voice was brimming with confidence.
Their brief exchange ended, and both Solgaleo Necrozma and Lunala Necrozma began to transform.
"Guaaaah!"
Radiant light exploded skyward—one silver, one gold. Two mighty dragons raised their heads to the heavens, their roars shaking the air.
Kyurem fused with Reshiram through the DNA Splicers, entering its Dragon God Kyurem form.
Eternatus soared upward, and the sky darkened into a crimson void as its massive, Dynamaxed claws descended from a swirling black vortex.
Terapagos shifted into its Stellar Form, shimmering like a galaxy of jewels.
Dialga and Palkia transformed into their Origin Forms, mirroring their creator's divine shape.
Rayquaza ascended and Mega Evolved, dazzling in its radiant emerald glory.
Calyrex mounted its Spectrier, becoming the Black King Calyrex.
Even Hoopa switched into its Unbound Form, floating protectively above Dylan.
Meanwhile, Primal Groudon just stood there silently, watching each of its brothers power up one after another.
The air grew heavy with the presence of so many apex legendaries.
The wounded Dialga and Palkia relaxed—they could finally take a break.
High above, Arceus stopped mid-strike against Giratina and turned, its crimson eyes locking on Dylan's assembled force, pulsing with icy fury.
Michina could only gape in awe.
"Whoa—another world-class masterpiece!"
Leaf was ecstatic, snapping picture after picture with her camera. This scene made the Desert City battle look tame!
No—this was way more intense. Their opponent this time was the Creator of the World itself!
"Brother!! You're amazing!!"
Lillie clutched her hands to her chest, stars sparkling in her eyes as she watched Dylan's back in sheer admiration.
She knew he had many legendaries, but seeing all of them at once—it was breathtaking!
She counted softly—one, two, three, four… including Hoopa, there were eleven!
That was her brother for you!!
"Hoopa, bring those two Rayquaza here too," Dylan grinned.
"Got it!" Hoopa's deep voice echoed as its two space rings widened, and from within them flew a green and a black Rayquaza.
"Hoopa! You'd better explain—what the heck—what's going on here?!"
The older Rayquaza's tone was sharp; being yanked into battle wasn't exactly pleasant. But when it saw its surroundings—
Even Rayquaza's brain froze.
The black Rayquaza flicked its tail, scanning the area before its gaze settled on Arceus. Then it turned to Dylan.
"Dylan, what's happening?"
"Simple—we need your help to take down Arceus."
Dylan's explanation was brief. The two forcibly summoned Rayquaza exchanged a long silence.
Especially the black one. It liked to fight—but Arceus?!
"…Fine," it said at last. The green one, naturally, followed its lead.
Then the elder Rayquaza's gaze caught on the small Rayquaza cowering behind Necrozma.
Those crimson scales—just like dried blood. Its eyes narrowed sharply.
The little Rayquaza peeked out and gave a nervous, sheepish grin. (Don't ask how a dragon smiles sheepishly—you could feel it.)
"Get ready. Arceus has noticed us."
Arceus had stopped attacking Giratina. Its cold, wrathful aura was now fully locked onto them.
It understood perfectly well—every single one of these beings was an enemy.
"Arceus is missing five plates: Ground, Water, Grass, Electric, and Dragon," Dylan explained. "That means only those five types can hurt it right now."
"Terapagos, buff everyone up."
"Leave it to me, Dylan."
The dazzling light of Stellar Terapagos spread out, showering the others in crystal radiance.
One by one—except for Eternatus, who was still Dynamaxed—each legendary was hit by the beam.
Crystalline cracks echoed like breaking glass—group Terastalization!
"This power…"
Black Rayquaza gazed in wonder at its body, now shimmering with gem-like brilliance.
Its Tera type—Dragon.
Primal Groudon was Tera Ground. Calyrex was Tera Grass. The rest—all Tera Dragon.
As the origin of Terastal power, Terapagos had full control over it. Dylan had tested it before—Eternatus couldn't Terastalize, no matter what Terapagos tried.
Regular Eternatus could, but who'd give up Gigantamaxing for that?
Mega Rayquaza, though—after several tries, Terapagos had managed it, at the cost of a huge amount of energy.
"You all… would betray me too?!"
Arceus's deep, ancient voice rumbled with fury. It couldn't comprehend this. It was enraged.
This world—it had created. Every living being born within it was its child.
And now its "children" stood against it.
Arceus was consumed by betrayal.
"Arceus," Dylan said solemnly, "I respect you. You're the Creator of All Things. I believe you once loved both humanity and Pokémon, and cherished this world. We all honor that."
"If you can put aside your resentment and see the truth of that day clearly, we wouldn't have to fight. But if after that you're still angry, I'll accept it."
"Silence!"
Arceus's crimson eyes flared violently, filled with hatred.
"What I saw was the truth! Do you think your petty words can wash away your crimes?!"
Its body rose higher into the air, its thousand arms shifting to a glacial blue.
Switch—Ice Plate!
"You humans… this world… and all of you—"
Its power radiated pure frost, the air freezing solid.
"Will all be judged by God!"
Arceus screamed, launching a massive blue energy sphere skyward. It burst like a frozen firework—
Judgment—Ice Type!
The ice shards rained down like a deadly storm.
"In that case, there's no choice but to fight."
"Necrozma—Prismatic Laser!"
Both Necrozmas roared, raising a colossal prism-shaped energy core and unleashing torrents of rainbow beams to meet the falling ice.
Though the lasers couldn't harm Arceus directly, they could intercept the icy Judgment.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Explosions lit the sky, the clash of divine power blindingly bright.
Primal Groudon roared, sunlight scorching the clouds.
Calyrex raised an arm, gathering solar energy—Solar Beam burst forth toward Arceus.
Eternatus's claws glowed crimson, unleashing its Dynamax Cannon.
And the Rayquaza family—Kyurem the Dragon God, Mega Rayquaza, and Black Rayquaza—all charged straight at Arceus.
"You're all… TRAITORS!!"
Arceus's eyes burned blood-red. In a flash, its thousand arms shifted to gold.
It vanished.
A sonic boom cracked the air—
Small Rayquaza's chest caved in, eyes wide.
A second later, it was sent flying at breakneck speed, crashing into a mountain and reducing it to rubble. It couldn't even move from the pain.
One strike—Mega Rayquaza down.
Such terrifying Extreme Speed!
"You can barely see it with the naked eye," Dylan muttered, impressed by the sheer velocity as Arceus reappeared, surrounded by the three dragons.
Did that human really think a few turncoat dragons could defeat it?
Ridiculous.
Foolish.
It was the Creator—Arceus itself!
A few traitors? It would win!
