The air inside the cabin had changed.
The heavy emotions from before had dissipated, replaced by a new, dangerous tension—one that Luffy could not ignore.
Even after calming down, Hancock refused to let go of Luffy, clinging to him with an almost desperate need. Her enormous, pillowy breasts were shamelessly mashed against his bicep, soft, warm flesh molding around him with every deep, sultry breath she took.
The thin fabric of her outfit did little to conceal the way her stiffened peaks pressed against him, betraying her arousal as she squirmed ever closer, rubbing against him with sinful eagerness.
Her cheek nuzzled against his shoulder, but it wasn't enough—her lips ghosted over his skin, hot breaths fanning against him as she let out a soft, trembling sigh. Her fingers trailed down his forearm, not just tracing idle patterns but raking her nails in slow, teasing strokes, lingering at his wrist before gliding back up, as if savoring the feel of his muscles beneath her touch.
Her legs pressed against his, the smooth expanse of her thighs molding against him, shifting just enough to let the curve of her hips grind subtly against his side. Every movement was deliberate and needy, a display of how deeply she longed for his touch. She tilted her head up, half-lidded eyes burning with naked devotion as her lips parted ever so slightly, her breath heavy, sultry, dripping with hunger.
She wasn't just holding onto him—she was offering herself
Luffy sat as stiff as a frozen log. His facial muscles twitched and it looked like he was trying to send Morse code with his eyebrows. His jaw tightened, and his hands gripped the edge of his seat with the desperation of a drowning man clinging to a lifeboat.
He shot a frantic look at Kuina—his last hope, his lifeline, his savior. His eyes screamed for rescue, practically flashing a neon sign that read: HELP ME, WOMAN!
Kuina, the traitor, the backstabber, just giggled. And then, as if to add insult to injury, she shrugged with exaggerated slowness, spreading her arms like a smug little gremlin.
"You're on your own, buddy,"
Her body language taunted, her eyes dancing with wicked amusement.
Luffy felt the crushing weight of ultimate betrayal.
Damn it, Kuina! I thought we were friends! Companions! Battle-buddies! And now you leave me to DIE?!
Meanwhile, Hancock, completely oblivious to Luffy's internal screams of despair, continued to cling to him like an affectionate octopus. Her arms were wrapped around him like steel cables, her head nestled against his chest as she let out dreamy, lovestruck sighs every few seconds.
Luffy swore he could hear little cartoon hearts popping into existence around her. He even imagined the shoujo sparkles glimmering in the background.
Hancock's grip tightened.
He twitched.
She sighed blissfully.
He felt his soul slowly leaving his body.
It wasn't that he disliked Hancock's attention. On the contrary, her beauty, charm, and devotion were more than enough to make any man's heart race. But the way she was evolving into a territorial, nympho-like husband-guarding maniac was…
Frankly, it sent a chill down his spine.
He coughed to break the awkward atmosphere and shift the conversation to something less dangerous.
"So…" Luffy cleared his throat again. "Why were you summoned to Marineford?"
Hancock, still smiling sweetly, traced her fingers across his biceps, her touch feather-light, before answering.
"Oh, that?" She giggled. "It seems the World Government has finally found a new Warlord to fill the vacant seat."
Luffy raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"
Hancock nodded. "They asked for all Warlords to attend the official announcement."
She sighed dramatically. "Normally, I wouldn't have bothered with such a boring meeting…"
She tilted her head and gazed at Luffy with a sultry glint in her eyes.
"But since you were going to be there… I thought I'd go, too."
Luffy felt his stomach tighten.
Kuina, watching from the side, snickered, clearly enjoying his discomfort.
Luffy exhaled slowly, trying to maintain his composure. "You know, Hancock… I still can't believe you're a Warlord yourself. Feels kind of weird."
Hancock simply smirked, flicking her long, silky black hair over her shoulder. "Do you find it unattractive?"
Luffy shook his head. "No, it's just… surprising."
Hancock giggled, her hold tightening on his arm. "Then it doesn't matter. As long as you're fine with it, I have no complaints."
Luffy, sensing the dangerous gleam in her eyes, decided to quickly change the topic again.
"So, you were surprised when you found out I joined the Marines?" He asked.
Hancock's smile faded slightly.
"A little," She admitted, studying his face carefully. "Didn't you once say you wanted to become the Pirate King?"
Luffy laughed, shaking his head. "That hasn't changed."
Hancock blinked. "What?"
Luffy grinned, his eyes sharp and filled with confidence. "I still seek freedom. That hasn't changed. It's just that… I hit a bottleneck in my training."
Hancock tilted her head, intrigued.
Luffy leaned back against the chair, stretching his arms. "There weren't enough strong opponents for me to fight. So I joined the Marines to gain experience and grow stronger. That's all."
Hancock's heart fluttered.
'His strength… his ambition… his resolve…'
She could feel herself falling deeper.
This was her man.
Without realizing it, she tightened her grip around his arm, pressing even closer, as if afraid he would disappear if she let go.
Luffy felt the increased pressure, his jaw tightening.
'Shit… If she keeps doing this… I might actually push her down and kiss her right here.'
Kuina, sensing his inner turmoil, finally burst into laughter.
Luffy glared at her, while Hancock's expression darkened.
"Don't laugh at my man!" Hancock snapped.
Kuina only chuckled harder. "I just… I just never thought I'd see the day when Luffy would be so desperate to run away from a woman."
Luffy grumbled, rubbing his temples.
Hancock frowned. "Are you implying that my affections are something scary?"
Kuina smirked. "Not scary—"
She glanced at Luffy's stiff posture and let out another laugh. "—just… hilarious."
Luffy groaned, dragging a hand down his face.
But just at that moment, a familiar voice boomed from outside the cabin.
"Oi, Luffy! You still alive in there?!"
Zoro!
Luffy sprang to his feet faster than he ever had in his life.
"Yeah! Coming!" He called out, already moving toward the door as if it were a lifeline.
Hancock, startled by his sudden movement, tightened her grip, trying to keep him in place.
"Luffy—"
But before she could react, Luffy slipped free, darting out of the cabin with lightning speed.
The door slammed shut behind him.
