The hot water ceased, the stream ending in a slow drip as steam curled and clung to the marble walls. The silence was thick, broken only by the faint sound of water droplets rolling down their skin.

Luffy stepped out of the shower with that confident, unhurried stride of a man who knew exactly who he was and what he owned.

Ain followed closely behind, her steps light, careful, like a devoted attendant walking behind her king.

She didn't speak. She didn't need to. Her body moved on instinct, kneeling briefly to scoop up the towel she had laid aside earlier. She stood before him, her naked body still damp and glistening under the warm light, and began to dry him off.

Each motion was slow and deliberate. She started from his chest, dabbing carefully, then down his arms—her fingers brushing against his skin more than the towel ever did. She took her time at his stomach, her breath catching as she neared his lower abdomen again, though she didn't linger.

She was obedient, at least for now.

Luffy watched her, his arms relaxed at his side, his expression unreadable, but his eyes full of fire.

Then, as she reached up to pat his neck and shoulders, he moved.

Strong arms wrapped around her bare waist in a single fluid motion, pulling her flush against his towering form.

Ain's breath hitched. Her body fit against his like it was made to be there—soft where he was hard, curved where he was cut.

Luffy leaned in close, his breath warm against her damp ear.

"You did okay," He murmured. "But I expect more from my women."

Ain shuddered in his grasp, a small, needy whimper escaping her throat. His words were firm but not cruel.

It was a challenge. A promise between the two of them.

"I-I'll do better," She gasped, her voice trembling but certain. "Anything you want, Luffy~… I'll give it to you. Just let me stay with you… Let me serve you. My body… my heart… all of it belongs to you."

There was a moment of silence before Luffy chuckled, the sound rich and low.

"That's what I like to hear," He whispered. "Good girl."

He stepped back, letting his fingers trail down her side before gently releasing her. Her knees almost buckled.

"But for now," He continued, pulling his shirt off the nearby hook and tossing it over his shoulders, "I've got something important to take care of."

Her lips parted, eyes filled with longing, but she didn't protest.

He turned to leave, but paused at the doorway, his voice calm but sharp like steel wrapped in silk.

"Wait here for me."

She blinked. "Here?"

Luffy turned his head, eyes gleaming.

"Yes. I'll be back tonight," He said. "And then, I'll teach you more. I'll make you worthy enough to be the woman who carries my legacy… who bears my child."

Ain's breath caught in her throat.

The weight of his words struck her harder than any kiss.

A shiver ran through her body, and then warmth—thick, dizzying warmth—spread deep inside her. Her thighs pressed together instinctively as her lips parted with a soft moan.

"I want that…" She whispered. "I want to be yours—completely. I'll prove it. I'll become whatever you need me to be. My body… my will… it's all yours to play with… to train… to use…"

Luffy turned just as she stepped forward and pressed her lips to his.

It wasn't a timid kiss, not anymore.

It was deep, full of need and surrender, her arms wrapping tightly around his neck as her wet body pressed against his again. She moaned softly into his mouth, pouring all of herself into the kiss—her loyalty, her hunger, her submission.

When they finally pulled apart, her eyes were glossy, cheeks flushed, lips red.

Luffy grinned.

"Good," He said. "I'll hold you to that."

And with that, he turned and walked away, his coat flowing behind him like a captain heading into battle. The door closed with a soft click.

Ain stood still for a long moment in the quiet bathroom, the scent of him still clinging to her skin, her heart racing.

She brought two fingers to her lips, smiling softly, and whispered to herself:

"I'll be ready… my Vice Admiral."

------

The sun hung lazily over Marineford, its golden rays painting the courtyard with a warm sheen. Luffy stepped out of his house and stretched his arms, feeling fresh.

"Time to see the old gorilla," He murmured with a smirk, hands resting comfortably in his pockets.

It had been over two years since he'd last seen Zephyr.

Despite the old man's gruff ways, Luffy had always respected him, not as a superior, but as an elder and grandfather.

Zephyr wasn't like the others. He didn't play politics or chase titles.

And he sure as hell wasn't the type to sit behind a desk nibbling senbei.

As Luffy approached the wide stone-paved training ground, familiar sounds began to echo through the air:

Clack!Clack!

The sound of the clash of wooden swords and boots stomping in unison echoed from the ground, mixed with the shouts of effort and discipline.

"Faster! Lower your stances! You call that a punch, kid?! That couldn't even tickle a Sea King's ass!" A voice roared that hadn't aged a day.

Luffy stepped around the stone wall and finally saw Zephyr. The old titan of a man stood tall with his mechanical arm folded behind his back, a deep scowl carved across his face. His chest, still massive despite his age, puffed with each command. Wrinkles lined his forehead, but his presence was just as overwhelming as ever.

"Oi, oi... look at you, scaring them like they're baby rabbits," Luffy chuckled.

Zephyr's head snapped in his direction at once.

The recruits froze, glancing toward the newcomer.

A few gasps slipped out.

"V-Vice Admiral Luffy?!"

"The Divine Fist!"

Luffy waved them off casually, grinning.

Zephyr's brow twitched. "Tch. Took you long enough, brat."

Luffy laughed, striding across the ground like he owned it. "Hey, I'm not the one yelling at kids at sunrise. You're still more dramatic than Garp with a meat shortage."

Zephyr's face cracked into a rare grin. "You've grown."

He stepped forward, the heavy metallic thud of his arm echoing on the stone as he walked.

Luffy nodded, looking up slightly. "So have you, old man. You get shinier every time I see you. Someone's been polishing that arm, huh?"

Zephyr snorted. "Hmph. Unlike you, I don't waste time bathing in the sun and flirting with every skirt in sight."

Luffy gave an exaggerated shrug, flashing a lazy smile. "What can I say? I'm a people person."

Some of the nearby recruits laughed nervously. Others gawked in awe at Luffy, standing casually before Zephyr, teasing him.

But Zephyr didn't mind. He motioned to the recruits with his arm. "Alright, back to your drills! Keep slacking, and I'll let Luffy beat the spirit out of you himself."

The recruits saluted sharply and resumed training with renewed panic.

Luffy glanced over at them, amused. "Still got 'em shaking. You haven't gone soft at all."

Zephyr's face darkened slightly. "They need to be strong. The seas are crueler than ever."

There was a pause.

Luffy's expression grew more serious. "You're not wrong."

They stood together in silence for a beat, watching the recruits train.
