To open the Great Tomb, each of the Seven Steering Committees of Hong Alliance will arrange for a man and a woman to stay in Humeng City under the full protection of the Seven Steering Committees. However, they don't usually live here; instead, they are hidden by the Seven Steering Committees in another safer place where people can't find them. This manor serves as a transit station where the personnel of these seven families are placed before the Sun Shooting Bow appears.
After all, no one knows when the Sun Shooting Bow will actually appear. So, once signs of its imminent appearance occur, the Seven Steering Committees will arrange for all personnel of the seven families to be here, ready to ascend the mountain and open the Great Tomb to retrieve the Sun Shooting Bow.
