The difference in strength between Xingzai and Liu Chen was too great; they were simply not on the same level. If Liu Chen took things seriously, Xingzai wouldn't pose any threat to him. When Xingzai saw his gun in Liu Chen's hands, his legs began to tremble violently.
Liu Chen's finger was almost on the trigger when Jingjing rushed over and stood between Xingzai and Liu Chen. She shouted at Liu Chen, "Shoot, go ahead and shoot!"
Liu Chen had genuinely intended to finish off Xingzai, but with Jingjing in front of him, he lowered his gun. Jingjing turned to Xingzai and said, "You should leave. You're no match for him. Don't try to avenge my father; I appreciate what you tried to do."
Jingjing had never spoken to Xingzai so gently before. Her voice was as soft as she could manage. Xingzai slowly nodded his head.
