Ye Xiu, Qin Qing, and Kuroki Suzu had just reached the entrance of the exhibition hall when Su Rui hurried after them. Seeing that Ye Xiu had put his mask back on, Su Rui thoughtfully turned to the reporters following them.
"Everyone, Divine Doctor Ye doesn't wish to reveal his identity. Please be understanding."
Hearing this, the reporters stopped in their tracks and kept their distance. They had already guessed Ye Xiu's intentions when they saw him put the mask back on; they were just too eager for an interview.
Seeing the reporters had stopped, Su Rui quickened his pace to walk alongside Ye Xiu. "Divine Doctor Ye," he said with an embarrassed apology, "my sister has been spoiled by my parents since she was young. She's willful, petulant, and oblivious to the broader situation. I apologize to you on her behalf."
"There's no need to apologize, Young Master Su. I won't stoop to her level," Ye Xiu said calmly.
