Bai Xiaofan spoke in a low voice, lightly tapping Murong Wan's forehead with a hint of reproach.
"I just wanted to come out with you!"
Murong Wan pouted unhappily, her cheeks puffed out as she glared at Bai Xiaofan.
"You win!"
Seeing Murong Wan's pitifully aggrieved little expression, Bai Xiaofan was at a loss. He could only stretch out his arms and scoop her up.
Murong Wan, nestled in Bai Xiaofan's arms, immediately wrapped her arms around his neck. The unhappy pout on her face was swiftly replaced by a radiant smile.
"Feeling happy now, huh?"
Bai Xiaofan teased her, lightly patting her thigh as he looked at Murong Wan, who clung to him like a koala.

Murong Wan tilted her chin up proudly, acting like a spoiled little child.
