Chapter 21 - Chapter 17 - Twins

"This is paradise," I murmured, my currently cat-shaped body nestled between Amara's thighs as Aiala scratched my belly. "I can finally say this is living like a king." My gaze shifted from the pair of twins to the village where the villagers lived their daily lives. "Not living in riches, nor being waited on by servants, just being loved and pampered by the people I love." My gaze returned to both beautiful sisters. "Mal, damn it, my dreams came true."

We recapitulated the events of eight months ago:

When I returned to the village, all the villagers greeted me with applause and grateful glances and even bowed, either because they thought I was a divine creature or because I had killed the fallen angel who had massacred several villagers. But when they looked up and saw the twins sitting on my back, their gazes changed to contempt and disgust. Their gazes didn't go unnoticed, and even if I didn't notice, the restlessness of both twins on my back would make me notice, and for some reason, that bothers me a lot.

"SKREEEEAAAH!" I was so annoyed that I revealed my claws and let out a loud shriek at the villagers, causing them to fall to the ground in fright and begin to tremble with fear in their eyes.

With a huff, I ignored the frightened villagers and walked toward the abandoned-looking house. "Do these twins live here?" I thought as I pulled the twins off my back with my tail. "I guess I should fix this place up so I can live more comfortably." My gaze left the house and focused on the pile of frightened villagers. "Or rather, they should fix my new home so I can live here." A sinister smile appeared on my face, sending a chill down the spines of the villagers.

First Month:

After a week, the abandoned-looking house was transformed into a larger and more elegant home, thanks to the "voluntary" help of the villagers, who were neither threatened nor forced; of course not. Anyone who says otherwise probably won't wake up to see another sunrise.

Throughout the week and my stay with the twin sisters, my bond with them grew from mere strangers to acquaintances, and we eventually became friends. After becoming friends, they told me their names, which were difficult for me to understand due to the language difference, but after several attempts, I managed to understand them.

The twin sisters' names were Amara and Aiala. Of the two, Amara was the older twin, and, by default, Aiala was the younger twin. Furthermore, thanks to my presence, their food stores, which at first were scarcer than water in a desert, were now filled to capacity. Their once malnourished bodies became full and healthy. The clothing stores, which were filled only with old, holey clothes, were replaced with new, clean ones, just like the other villagers', but sadly, they were all women's clothes and there weren't even any men's pants. "What a fucking joke! I guess that's what I get for presenting myself as an animal."

A month later, I discovered that the other villagers viewed Amara and Aiala as my servants or even my slaves. The fact that the twins looked after me in their home and treated me like I owned them didn't help the way others viewed them. In addition to the twins looking after me, they continued to help out around the village, whether with the crops, livestock, or making clothes.

In contrast, I lived in their house like a hired hand, being fed without any effort, though it didn't last long. At the end of the month, several demons emerged from magic circles around the village, and if not for all the villagers being inside, there would likely have been several deaths.

Most of the demons wore low-quality armor, and the rest wore medium-quality armor; none wore high-quality armor like the Phoenix Demon's elite minions, or those who called themselves lords. When they entered the village, they all quickly crowded into the center, except for the twins who clung to my sleeping form inside the house.

It wasn't until the villagers started screaming that I woke up, obviously annoyed at having my nap interrupted so violently. Pushing aside the twins who clung to me like fleas, I left the house, and just seeing the demons made my annoyance grow even more.

When the demons saw me leaving the house, they simply ignored me and focused on the villagers, causing my already volcano-like annoyance to erupt. Despite the demons' contemptuous attitude toward me, they didn't hesitate for even thirty minutes in a battle, where everyone ended up torn to pieces by my claws or beak, or roasted by the electricity.

After the battle, or rather, the massacre, my status in the village went from that of a village keeper to something resembling a guardian of the village and its inhabitants. So, while the villagers cleared away the demon corpses, instead of going to sleep as I normally would, I decided to get stronger, and so I began training my ability to mutate with more animals. After all, if I wanted to return to my world, I needed to become stronger, so strong that I wouldn't need outside help to win, like in the battle against the Phoenix, where I needed the help of the angels to win.

Third Month:

My training, to summarize, was difficult. Moving away from the village, I stayed in the forest surrounding the village where I began my training, mutating my body to the limit, eventually mutating up to four animals, and then adding a fifth animal to my arm. The uncomfortable and painful feeling was similar to moving a numb arm while being shocked with a taser.

It took me a while to get used to that feeling, but after a little over two weeks, I no longer felt any discomfort after mutating into five different animals and even managing to master it. After that, I happily returned to the village to resume my role as a servant in its full splendor. Unfortunately, life wasn't going to be so easy; after having further mastered my ability and power, the demon attacks became more frequent, and now even the fallen angels were attacking the village.

During that time, my relationship with the twins grew even stronger. I discovered that, just like in the series and movies, they, despite being twins, had different tastes and personalities, which was very difficult for me to discover because their personalities were isolated by this damned racist village.

Amara, like any older sister, possessed a stronger and more independent personality, but within that attitude lay a fearful and insecure girl who did everything she could to protect her younger sister. Aiala, on the other hand, was a shy girl, dependent on her older sister, hoping not to be a burden or a nuisance to her.

I was only able to learn about their isolated personalities by observing their behavior while living with them, so I decided to think of some way to help them; after all, I don't want to live with people with personality problems who will end up with mental disorders. After another massacre of fallen angels, she returned to the forest to continue training to achieve the six-animal mutation, but when she tried, it was as painful as injecting a shot full of lemon juice and salt into her body; it was so painful that I had to grit my teeth to keep from screaming. It took me more than a month to master the six-animal mutation.

Fifth Month:

The relationship between the twins and me began to improve more than I had anticipated. Deciding to help them with their personality issues, I decided to show them my true form, my human form. To do so, I stole the men's clothes from one of the villagers and then returned home, where, after returning to my human form and getting dressed, I showed myself to the twins.

This left them both in shock and disbelief, which didn't last long before they approached and touched my body as if testing whether my body was real, causing me to revert to my griffon form because of how uncomfortable it was. After all, I wasn't a very handsome man for women to cling to me like that, in addition to my introverted personality.

Once they assimilated my human form, both twins acquired a shy personality that nearly killed me with tenderness; after all, they tried to bathe with me several times in the river. When they overcame their shyness, they started trying to talk to me, and I to them, which resulted in chaos due to the language difference. Because of this, I stopped sleeping in the house like I mostly did; I focused more on spending time with them and trying to create some way of speaking with them.

After several failed attempts, I managed to communicate with them thanks to the world language, sign language. Obviously, it wasn't like modern times, but it was similar, with improvised signs and objects. I guess I should have learned it when I could; I'm starting to regret not learning things when I had the chance.

Little by little, my relationship with them began to grow closer and stronger. Whenever they were free and I wasn't slaughtering demons or fallen angels, I found myself spending time with them. Sometimes I'd put them on my back and take them for walks in the forest or take them soaring through the skies; I even once took them to the beach where I learned to swim, taking on other forms and taking them to explore the ocean.

Over the course of the days I enjoyed the twins' company, the feelings of friendship I felt for both twins began to evolve into affection and eventually love. Obviously, faced with these emotions, I acted as I always did with the women I liked: I began to keep my distance. I know, very idiotic, that's why I'm still single. I started avoiding them; I didn't come home, I didn't eat with them anymore, and there were no more outings.

Obviously, the twins noticed my distant attitude almost immediately, so they sought me out to "talk" about my distant behavior with them, but no matter how hard they tried, I always managed to avoid them successfully.

One afternoon, the twins had somehow convinced the other villagers to seek me out and catch me. I don't know how the hell they did it, but to avoid getting caught, I went on one of my daily world-exploring trips to mess around with the demons, as the twins called them.

After massacring an army of demons trying to destroy a village, an army of low-grade armored angels, or low-class angels, as the demons call them, appeared from several white circles. Honestly, it would be kind of impressive if I didn't run into them every time I slaughtered demons or rarely when I slaughtered fallen angels.

From the newly arrived army of angels, a beautiful and terrifyingly powerful angel with golden blonde hair broke away from them to approach my griffin form with a smile. Obviously, it was Gabriel.

So why do I say Gabriel is terrifyingly powerful? It's simple: she can take down an army of demons that would normally take me over half an hour to finish in less than five minutes without a single injury.

Meeting Gabriel was very awkward; it was like trying to find an emerald ore in Minecraft. But even so, I felt like she treated me like a pet, even though it didn't bother me in the least; after all, being the pet of such a beautiful and powerful angel was pretty cool. Almost every time we met, she would talk to me while I responded with grunts or nods, showing that I am an intelligent being capable of understanding, but not so intelligent as to speak.

When she talked, she always let me lie on her lap, where I enjoyed the softness of her thighs and her delicious caresses, as well as the sight of her enormous breasts, which were fucking big. How the hell can they be so big? Could it be because she's a direct creation of God?

Obviously, it was only a matter of time before I fell in love with her; She was so beautiful, kind, cheerful, funny, and literally an angel, but the relationship was obviously a failure from start to finish, so, like a good man who never had a girlfriend, I gave up after three months of knowing each other. From then on, I focused more on the twins and fell in love with them, causing me to stop enjoying Gabriel's lap pillow and enjoy the twins' lap pillows.

That didn't go unnoticed by her, who, with puffed-out cheeks, tried to grab my head and place it in her lap. Just like now, it was damn adorable, of course, aside from the fact that she could rip my head off if she applied too much force. But that aside, after spending the entire afternoon with her, night fell when they left, and just as I was about to return to the village, a dangerous storm appeared.

The storm was so dangerous that even in my griffon form, I couldn't fly properly due to the enormous gusts of wind. When I tried to walk in my mutated, armored Tyrannosaurus form, my vision was battered by the gusts of wind and the enormous rain that accompanied the dark night. It was simply impossible to get through the storm; I couldn't even go underground due to the rumblings of thunder and the rain that turned the ground to mud.

Resigned, I decided to stay in a nearby grizzly bear cave until the storm stopped, but the storm lasted almost two full days. As soon as the storm ended, it reverted to a griffin with two pairs of wings and returned to the village, fearful that something might have happened in the meantime.

When I arrived, nothing had changed, only the villagers' surprise at my swift and urgent arrival. It was then that two golden flashes lunged at me with force; obviously, I could have easily dodged the flashes or stood firm to avoid retreating with force.

But I didn't; after all, I knew both flashes and let them lunge at me while I stood on two legs to avoid harming them in any way. The force and my position caused both of them to throw me to the ground while they hugged me.

I could feel them hugging me tightly and small drops of water wetting the fur on my chest as they murmured words I didn't understand, but I did understand the sadness and fear that accompanied them. "I'm such a piece of shit, aren't I?" Ignoring the crowd, who were surprised to see me speaking for the first time, although not in their language, I lifted both twins onto my back and began to fly to a certain location.

...

Flying in the sky with the twins for almost an hour, my gaze focused on the tallest mountain in the area, causing me to land on top. When I landed, both twins stopped clinging to my fur and looked up to see the landscape. Both twins looked at the beautiful mountain valley with the cloudy sky illuminated by the rays of sunlight piercing through the clouds. In the distance, a majestic mountain could be seen, possibly a volcano, while green hills filled with trees dominated the surroundings, with a river winding through the valley.

Taking each of them by the waist with my tail, I gently lowered them from my back to the mountain grass. Taking advantage of the twins' amazement at the valley, I walked behind a rock where I had left a change of clothes and, returning to my human form, dressed in those garments. Then I calmed my heart and prepared myself for what I was going to say to the two sisters who had made a place in my heart.

"I might ruin our close relationship with what I'm about to tell you, and I might even earn your hatred, since I don't know how you'll take it if I confess to both at once and don't choose just one, but it's impossible for me to love just one," I muttered to myself as I took a deep breath and gathered the strength to confess. "There's no doubt I'm an idiot. I come from a monogamous society, and now I'm planning on confessing to form a polygamous relationship. Shit, I already look like Rentauro, but more humble; honestly, I'd rather face the Phoenix again than do this." Letting out a heavy sigh, he walked back to where he'd left the twins.

When I returned, the twins, who had been amazed by the sight, had now focused all their vision and attention on me. "This makes it harder," I muttered to myself as I continued to approach them with heavy steps until I was two feet away.

"I'm so sorry for being so distant, for avoiding you all the time, for not talking to you, for stopping our trips; I'm really sorry," I expressed with the help of my hand gestures as I looked into their eyes.

"You scared us, idiot," Amara expressed with her hands, then clenched into fists, her crystal-clear eyes on the verge of tears. "That's right, we thought you'd grown tired of us and would abandon us... like Mom and Dad did," Aiala expressed, but the last part was in their language, so I didn't understand, but Amara obviously did. I guess it was something serious, as Amara gritted her teeth and tears trickled down her beautiful face.

At that, I could only duck my head pathetically. "I'm worse than trash, huh?" I muttered to myself. "I'll never abandon them. Why? Because I love them deeply. And I'm not talking about friendship, I'm talking about the love of a couple, the love of people who come together to share their lives until death."

As those words left my lips, they stared at me with wide eyes, full of disbelief. After a few seconds, both twins approached me, their eyes covered by their hair.

Slapx2

A sharp pain ran through my cheek as Amara slapped me hard across my right cheek; the slap was so hard it echoed throughout the mountain valley. I didn't even have time to process the blow or say anything before Aiala also hit me in the same way and with the same force as her older sister on the other cheek. With the lack of reaction and the force with which they hit me, it was enough to make me fall to the ground on my butt.

"We already knew you were an idiot, but not to this extent, you damn idiot!" Amara shouted, clutching her hands and yelling in her own language. "Amara is right, this is beyond idiotic! You look like an idiot with a monkey's brain!"

I didn't even have the chance to speak or ask why they had hit me, as they bombarded me with insults, calling me an idiot, that a rooster thinks more than me, that a mosquito's brain, immature, completely stupid, empty-headed. I even stopped understanding when they stopped signing and just yelled all kinds of insults in their own language.

"Despite being thin, they hit really hard," I muttered under my breath after managing to process everything that had happened in a matter of seconds. "Honestly, I would react the same way. After all, if I were a woman and met a man who treated me well, then he ignored me, then disappeared for a few days and showed up as if nothing had happened, and on top of that, he told me he liked me with my sister, I would hit him too and use the entire dictionary of insults I have."

With a sigh, I got up from the floor and looked both twins straight in the eyes, which were brimming with anger. "I understand you're angry." I stopped when I saw they grew angrier and were about to continue insulting me. "Well, I understand that you're very angry and furious about what I just said, but I'm being honest," I said, then shielded my cheeks with my hands and took a few steps back when both twins raised their hands, ready to slap me again.

"W-Wait, don't hit me again. I know I'm trashy, stupid, and inconsiderate." Apparently, what I told them worked, as they lowered their hands and crossed their arms under their chests in perfect synchronization. "I'm so sorry from the bottom of my heart for treating you like this," I expressed as I tilted my body ninety degrees. "The thing is, I've never been able to show my feelings and I'm a complete idiot when it comes to that, but I love you with all my heart, and even if it hu-"

"Liver" x2

"Huh?" I looked incredulously at the twins, who interrupted me and mentioned the liver out of nowhere. "The liver is where emotions are stored, including love," Aiala said with a tired expression, while Amara nodded in agreement.

I remained silent, processing what they had said. "Liver? So these days, the meaning of love is a liver, not a heart?" Before I could lose myself in my mutterings and change the subject, I shook my head and looked back at them.

"So, I love you so much that my liver hurts; just thinking about being separated from you makes my liver hurt so much it feels like it's going to explode." I paused for a moment to look at them directly, processing the feelings that made sense to me just by looking at their beautiful faces. "Since I came to this place, I've always been alone; I've met people, but no one I could call close or a friend." I closed my eyes and remembered my first friend, the first person I couldn't protect because I was weak.

"Although I did have one friend, a very loyal one, who I ended up losing because I was too weak." I paused again to take a breath. "Since then, I've been through a lot: I killed for the first time in my life, I nearly died protecting two people, I faced the being that almost ended my life, I teamed up with holy beings in a battle, I devoured the being that almost ended my life, I was seen as a monster by the people I protected, and I couldn't even rest from my previous battle when I had another battle where I was almost killed again."

With each word I spoke, the twins' angry expressions gradually softened. "Honestly, despite all those events, if I were given another chance to change those events and change my fate, I wouldn't do it. After all, it was because I lived through that hell that I came to your village and met you. I met two sisters who changed my life." A big, loving smile appeared on my face.

"Now I'm no longer alone. Now every time I go out and survive a battle, I can return to a place I can call home, a home where I can relax and let my guard down." As I spoke, I slowly approached them, reaching out and extending my hand. "So, would you accept this thoughtless, flawed idiot as a loving partner?!"

When she finished speaking with one hand, which was difficult since the other was extended toward them, I quickly squeezed my eyes shut, afraid of receiving a cold and direct rejection, accompanied by two sharp slaps from both sisters.

Seconds passed, and there was no reaction, be it a blow or a noise from the sisters. Little by little, I began to open my eyes, and when I did, I noticed that they were both looking at the ground, preventing me from seeing their expressions. Slowly, they looked up, showing sad expressions on their beautiful faces, tears threatening to spill.

"Liar"

"You're lying, you too, you'll abandon us sooner or later."

"That's right, so if you're going to leave, just leave now and don't deceive us anymore; you'll only make us suffer more with your lies when you decide to abandon us."

I was shocked by the sudden onslaught of expressions accompanied by their screams; I instinctively took a step back, ready to leave as I had for as long as I could remember, to escape every bit of trouble I got into, but the moment I took a step back, I stopped in that moment. "If I leave now, talking to them another time would be difficult and possibly impossible."

Swallowing, I looked up to see both sisters, and for the first time, I decided to face my problems, like a man would. "Don't insist that I'm going to abandon you or that I'm leaving you. Because I'll go where you go, and I'll live where you live. Your people will be my people."

"I don't believe you."

"You've only known us for a few months; you'll surely get bored soon and leave us, it's always been that way."

"Of course not, I-"

"Shut up!"

"We won't let you hurt us again with false and empty promises."

"But I really a-"

"I don't believe you!"

"Just get out!"

"Damn it, you can't understand that I love you!" "I'm crazy about you!"

Both sisters just clenched their fists, and when they tried to retort what I'd said, I temporarily muted my throat and teeth into those of a tiger, letting out a roar and stopping them in their tracks. "I've had enough of your retorts!" I wasn't just signing anymore, I was even shouting. "I love you, and no matter what you say, that won't change; I will love you now and always, so," I clenched my fists and my teeth so tightly that my knuckles turned white and my teeth ground together, but I still didn't stop. "Stop saying I'm going to abandon you when all I want is to be with you!"

For a few seconds, the entire room fell silent, until the silence was broken by the two of them. "Will you not abandon us?" I looked silently at Amara and Aiala. I wanted to shout at them again that I loved them and to stop talking nonsense, but I stopped when I saw tears falling down their cheeks again. I just sighed and looked at both sisters with determination. "I didn't abandon you."

"Will you not get tired of us?"

"I'll get tired of living before I get tired of you."

"Will you be by our side no matter what happens in the future?"

"I'll stay with you no matter what happens. A million demons may come for you, or even God himself, but I will stay with you to protect you."

"Will you love us both equally?"

"I will love you both the same way until eternity; after all, my heart—er, I mean, my liver—belongs to both of you." At that very moment, before they could protest or question further, I moved my hand, which I had extended to them several minutes ago, so that they focused their attention on it. "So, please take my hand and come with me; we will write our own story together, where the only ending would be when our lives have come to an end."

Both sisters stared at me silently, their mouths slightly agape as tears fell onto their cheeks; in sync, they both brought both hands to their chests. "Then, then... It's okay," they both said softly.

Amara slowly approached and gently took my outstretched hand in one hand, interlacing our fingers. "I hope you keep your word, because if you don't, I will search the world for you to punish you," she expressed with a smile in a tone that was both threatening and sweet. "There will be no need for that, I can assure you," Amara smiled at my words.

Then my attention was caught when Aiala leaned closer and timidly took my other hand, then intertwined our fingers. "I, I won't forgive you either if you break your promise, so you'd better keep it if you don't want to be punished." I couldn't help but smile at her acting as shy as the day she decided to live with them.

Quickly, I mutated my body to create an extra pair of arms to continue communicating with them; after all, I wasn't going to let go of their hands even if it was the end of the world. "I don't like punishments, so I will keep my promise until the end of time."

Radiant smiles graced their beautiful faces; the beauty they exuded in that moment was so great that I was enthralled for several seconds, which both sisters took advantage of and, slowly bringing their faces closer to mine, pressed their lips against mine, stealing my first kiss between the two of us. "His lips are soft. Is this what kissing feels like? I could get addicted to this... Come to think of it, aren't you all upset? Why would you be with the same man?"

...

About two hours later, taking my griffin form, we returned to the village where I landed in the middle of the village and then, with a loud screech, caught the attention of all the villagers as the sisters jumped off my back, unaware of what I was about to do.

Once all the villagers gathered around me, I grabbed a woolen robe with my beak and, to everyone's incredulous gaze, including the sisters', reverted to my human form. "Can you be my voice?" I asked the sisters, causing them to be incredulous. After a silent glance between them, they both nodded.

"It's okay, I was never good at giving presentations or speeches," I muttered as I felt the villagers' gazes on me. "This time, I have to do my best to achieve the future I desire." Squeezing my eyes shut, I slowly opened them with a strong determination, then looked at the sisters. After a coordinated nod from them, I returned the gesture in kind.

"From now on, I will be the leader and rule this village as I wish!" All the villagers began to look at each other, murmuring things, and even looked suspiciously at the twins. As if that weren't enough, they began to protest.

BOOM!!!

The entire place fell silent. They stared in disbelief at the sky, where they saw the clear sky after an explosion. Lowering their gazes, they focused their disbelieving gaze on me, which quickly turned to terror when they saw a blue ball with lightning in my hand pointing towards them. "This is not a request or a selection! From now on, I am the leader of this place! Understand?!"

Quickly, everyone nodded, terror written all over their faces. "As I said, I will be the ruler of this village, in addition to also being the guardian of this village! I will not let any of you be killed by supernatural entities, wild animals, or other humans!" At that, most of the villagers seemed to calm down. "And with that said, I will not tolerate any form of harm or rejection toward Amelia and Aiala. In the future, I will marry both twins at my side, and they will also be your rulers!"

The sisters apparently couldn't process what they had just said, as a few seconds later, their cheeks flushed. "Is this what a blush looks like in real life? How cute," I thought to myself.

Eighth month, present:

A lot has happened since I decided to show my human form to the entire village and my commitment to the sisters. Since then, no one dared to speak ill of them again, look at them with hatred or dislike, ignore them, and even the rumors that they were born with a curse disappeared, although I didn't even know about those rumors.

Over the days, the villagers began to treat the sisters better, either out of fear of my wrath or because they liked them, although I think the latter was the real reason; after all, when I returned from exploring or battling, I always found them talking animatedly with some women, even little girls.

Leaving aside the fact that the sisters became popular, I was popular too. Literally, the other women would throw themselves at me whenever they could, but they quickly ran away when the sisters appeared, and, as if marking their property, I They would hug each other until they got home. I'll also learn that in this era, polygamy was common among royalty; well, it applies to me too, as my identity and power will easily surpass those of royalty.

Recently, or more specifically, a couple of days ago, for some reason, the sisters became, how to put it, more ferocious. Whenever we were alone together, they would become more aggressive and kiss me wildly, which didn't bother me, but while they were kissing me, their hands would explore my body, until they reached a certain part that would become hard from such aggression.

Obviously, I wasn't the typical prince protagonist of the anime I watched. Whenever I could, I would also caress their bodies, either kneading their soft breasts or squeezing their fluffy butts, but whenever things were about to reach a certain dangerous level, I would stop and, taking the form of a cat, escape. There were times when I even had to sleep on the roof. That's been five times already. who escaped, and it's getting harder and harder; I feel like there won't be a sixth, they'll catch me and leave me drier than water in the desert.

The only reason I haven't had sex with her, even though I wanted to too, is for one reason: my belief. Since I was little, I've believed in God. I wasn't a Christian, but my faith in God still remained, and being in a world where I saw angels for the first time, and where they even told me that God exists, was reason enough for me to want my future wives to arrive at the wedding as virgins, and then, well, needless to say, what I would do.

"Well, I'm leaving now. I'll be back tonight," I told the sisters who were sewing.

"Again? Don't you get tired?" x2, expressing themselves with synchronicity worthy of twins.

There's no doubt that if this were an anime, a drop of sweat would appear on my forehead. "Well, it's not tiring or anything."

"You always go fight demons and come back with wounds we need to heal."

"Amara's right, we're afraid you have a wound so deep we couldn't heal it."

"But I can heal myself," I muttered to myself, earning sharp looks from both of them. "What did you say?" x2

"No, nothing." Both of their sharp gazes stared at me for several seconds before they went back to what they were doing. "Angry women are scary; well, they still look cute, but how did they understand what I said? "Female intuition?" I looked at myself, wondering, my head tilted.

"Anyway, I'll go," I said, closing my eyes and turning my neck to the side as if I didn't care what anyone was saying, but inside I was begging to be let go.

Sigh x2

"Just take off your clothes before you go; I don't want you to ruin that outfit," Amara said as she put down her sewing and came over to caress my cheeks. "And do your best to come back; I couldn't bear to lose you too."

"And try to come back with as few injuries as possible," Aiala said, hugging me from behind. "We don't like to see you hurt; it hurts."

At their affirmative, yet sad, tones, I gently stroked their heads and kissed each of their lips. "I'll never leave your lives, and if I ever part ways, I'll always find a way back to you." After a few minutes of hugging, we separated. I threw my clothes aside, and before transforming into a griffon to fly away, I stood silently staring at the small flask I had stolen from that Lord. "Just in case," they ended up taking it and creating a small kangaroo-like pocket around my neck. I put it away before flying away.

...

I soared through the skies for almost three hours without a sign of anything; everything was too peaceful, too much to be true. "There's no doubt something's going on, it's too quiet." Stopping mid-flight, I closed my eyes and tuned my ears to various types of bats.

Literally at this moment, I can say with a billion percent certainty that I'm capable of hearing the empty stomach of an ant. I could hear the leaves of the trees rustling in the wind, animals walking, escaping, or fighting, the small movements of ants crawling on the ground, the thumps of various weapons, explosions, and cries of a fight. "I found them." My ears returning to normal, I flew at full power toward the north, where the sounds of battle were coming from.

...

From afar, I could already see the battle raging between the three supernatural races I knew. Angels against demons, demons against fallen angels, fallen angels against angels. The battlefield was over the ocean near a cliff. "Well, I guess it's business as usual: exterminate the demons, then the fallen, and finally, find Gabriel among the angels so he can take me to God."

Closing my wings, I plummeted toward a demon wearing armor similar to that of the Lords, only this one had a crimson circle on its chest, barely noticeable due to the size of the armor's breasts. The dive was so silent that no one on the battlefield noticed my presence; it was only when I was a few meters away that the demon looked up, causing our gaze to lock for a few seconds before it was thrown downward by the impact.

Opening my wings, I steadied myself in the sky as the demon plummeted, until it opened its wings and stopped its fall in its tracks. The force of the impact and the force of stopping abruptly sent it flying, revealing a beautiful woman with a face that resembled that of a high school girl, with long crimson hair.

"Damn griffin!" I shouted loudly, then created a crimson-red magic circle and fired a powerful beam. "Same old thing," I thought as I launched myself at her in another dive.

"Ha, apparently you have the brains of an animal!" she cried out with a grin as she watched me hurtle straight toward her as her powerful beam charged toward me. "Well, maybe I'm right," she plummeted, plummeting; the collision with the beam was getting closer and closer. "Now," at the last second, my gryphon body transformed into that of a small tardigrade hybrid with the skin of an electric eel.

Thanks to the tardigrade's and eel's enormous resilience, the massive amounts of volts won't affect me as much. "Did I disintegrate that gryphon?" the demon asked as it looked around, searching for me. When it looked back to where it was before, it was met with a powerful tackle.

"Damn, where the hell did it come from?" she muttered as she steadied herself with her wings, only to be struck by a powerful blow from my tail that dented the part covering her abdomen, knocking the wind out of her as she fell back down. "I suppose that won't kill her; after all, killing these lords is a damn pain."

Creating a magic circle on its back, the demon managed to stop its fall and then stabilize itself with its wings as it regained air. "Damn beast," it said, looking up at me with pure hatred. "I suppose for these idiots, being harmed by a mere griffon is a great insult to their egos," I thought with some boredom.

"Now you'll see what Runeas Gremory is capable of." At that moment, my mind went blank. "Bael, Sitri—words that sounded strangely familiar to me—and now even Gremory, where have I heard that before?" My brain began to work at full power as if trying to put together a puzzle with a thousand pieces.

I recalled all the events that had occurred with the devils, as if every encounter I had with them was starting to hold a little value. "There's also that Phoenix... moment, Phoenix?" At that moment, it was as if the entire puzzle fell into place. "Phoenix, Gremory, marriage, fighting, wait, don't fuck with me." With each piece that fell into place, my mind became filled with confusion until a certain female anime character with long, crimson red hair and enormous breasts came to mind. "Ri, Ri-."

"Suffer, damn it!"

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to complete the puzzle before a powerful lightning bolt struck me. "Shit, I let my guard down," I clenched my beak tightly as I felt the massive amounts of volts coursing through every muscle. "Now, you'll die," Runeas said as he created a massive magic circle.

"I think it's time I got serious, don't I?" The massive magic circle released a powerful burst of fire that was ready to incinerate me. "That should have been enough for one measly gri-" He didn't even get to finish as his right arm was ripped off. "Ah, aaaahhhhhhh!"

Runeas tried to staunch the bleeding from his stump with his hand as he stared at me in fear and hatred. "Should I eat him?" I thought, his arm in my beak as my reinforced volcanic snail skin slowly crumbled away. "How the hell did he survive my attack?!"

"Using electricity to boost my speed was definitely a great idea," I silently looked at Runeas's sorry state. "I guess you don't know anything about me; well, it's not impressive given the fact that I didn't leave a single demon alive when I fought them, of course, with the exception of that Lord." Opening his beak slightly, he threw his arm into the air. "It's about time to eat." I watched out of the corner of my eye as Runeas tried to reach for his arm that was about to be devoured.

But just as his arm was inches from my mouth, it disappeared. "What the fuck?" In disbelief, I turned my head to where the owner of the arm I was about to eat was standing, only to find another woman standing next to Runeas.

(I don't know what the original Leviathan looked like or what abilities he had, so I'll use the little information I found on Wattpad; if you guys know anything, it'll be useful for the next chapter.)

This woman, unlike all the others, didn't have armor; This woman wore only a tight black dress that highlighted her curves, with a hole that revealed her stomach and the part that was supposed to cover her enormous breasts; it only covered her nipples, leaving everything else visible. Plus, sleeves that, despite not having anything to connect them to the dress, stayed in place. She also possessed a beauty that matched Runeas's and even Gabriel's.

But what caught my attention most was the arm she had torn off Runeas's. "Don't be too confident in a war; even a vermin like him can be dangerous," she said as she reattached Runeas's arm, then took out a small vial and poured the liquid where the tear had occurred.

I could only silently watch the events unfold while I grew wary of any movement the newly arrived woman made. "There's no doubt she's strong, too strong; I think she's on Gabriel's level... shit, I'm in trouble."

"I appreciate it, Levi," Runeas thanked him as he slowly moved his newly repositioned arm. "It's nothing," he said, then looked away from her and focused his attention on me. "Now go, I'll take care of this vermin."

"Hey, don't bother, I can do it. I won't be too confident this time." A confident smile appeared on his face as he got into a fighting stance, ready to charge at me, only to be stopped by the woman's arm. "Don't do it, you'll only get me killed." The confidence in his words was so great that Runeas frowned.

"You're telling me I'm so weak that a simple griffon can kill me." The tone of his voice and his gaze made it clear he was angry. "Of course not. The thing is, this griffon isn't simple." I couldn't help but frown at his words, while Runeas went from angry to confused.

"It's impossible for her to know anything about me; I left no survivors in either battle against her kind." At Runeas's confused look, the woman sighed and turned her gaze back to her. "Do you remember the ten high-class demons who served the Phoenix?" Runeas ascended at her question.

"That's right, only two of whom survived." At Runeas's response, the woman ascended. "Exactly. It turns out they said they retreated after losing to a griffon on the Phoenix's orders before its disappearance. Which led them to believe the griffon was responsible for its disappearance, which was nonsense, but apparently..." Her gaze focused on me again, but this time it was sharper. "There's a chance that information could be true."

"I'd completely forgotten about those bastards."

"Fine, but if it turns out to be just a normal griffon, I'll take care of it." With that, Runeas flew away. I could only watch silently as he walked away; after all, the newly arrived woman is dangerous.

"Let's see how strong you are." In an instant, she appeared in front of me with her hand raised; with no time to react, I received a strong slap that sent me slamming down. "Very fast, but not that-" I couldn't even finish my thought before the woman appeared and kicked me upwards with force.

"Guess I was wrong," she said as she raised a hand and created a light blue magic circle. "Don't tell me, water dragon, don't you know how to do anything else?" I barely managed to stabilize myself with my wings before a huge blast of water was launched from the magic circle.

"Shit," Before her attack swallowed me completely, I reinforced my skin at the last second. "Oh, are you still alive? Apparently, I wasn't wrong." After finishing the attack, she had knocked me back several meters, in addition to leaving my entire skin reinforced with several cracks. "What a fucking power, the Phoenix only managed to crack my reinforced skin when it got serious." My reinforced skin was falling apart; I returned my vision to the woman, observing her amused expression. "But this bastard isn't even fighting seriously, she's just playing!"

Clenching my beak tightly, I began to flap my wings vigorously as I charged toward her in a zigzag pattern. "Predictable," she said, her hand extended inches from my face, and launched another blast of water. At the last second, before her attack swallowed me again, I shrank my body into that of a hummingbird and increased my speed with electricity as much as I could. Ignoring the damage it could cause to my body, I dodged the attack and positioned myself to the woman's right side.

"You'll die for being careless," she returned to my open faucet form as a sphere of concentrated electricity formed around my beak. Before the woman could react, she unleashed the attack at point-blank range, causing the attack to swallow her completely and sink her into the ocean.

"Even though I said I'd die, I doubt it; that woman is a damn monster. I hope she at least managed to injure her arm." Finishing the attack, I looked at the part of the ocean where my attack submerged her. There were only dead fish around, even dead sharks, but no sign of that woman. "I doubt she'll attack me by surprise; being a filthy demon with enormous strength, she must possess a pride that will make her attack head-on."

In response to my thought, the ocean began to move until it formed a huge whirlpool and finally parted, revealing the woman without any injuries. "Don't fuck with me, not even her clothes are damaged, you damn monster." The woman's smug smile and her eyes shining with amusement only increased my annoyance.

"So you're a type of creature that can change its form voluntarily, right?" she said in an amused and interested tone. "Runeas may not have noticed, but to my eyes, it was easy to see your transformation," she said, pointing at her eyes. "I assume your previous attack was the result of one of your transformations, since I couldn't sense any supernatural energy from her." At that moment, a cruel and sadistic smile appeared.

"Honestly, I'd like to continue playing with you and the other angels, but I'm urgently needed elsewhere." Her smile widened into a monstrous grin, revealing sharp teeth. "So I'll finish you all off quickly." After saying that, the ocean swallowed her again.

I silently stared at the ocean, which didn't seem to change, until that instant, a shiver—no, a deeper feeling. At that instant, all the animal DNA in my body activated my survival instinct. "Shit," she activated the electricity in my body again to facilitate my escape, but my body stopped dead in its tracks; not only that, even my wings stopped, causing me to fall into the ocean, sending all my survival instincts into overdrive.

"Fucking hell, I was reckless with my previous attack." I tried to move my body with all my might, fighting off the paralysis and some internal burns. Then, my gaze was distracted toward the ocean to see a huge shadow growing larger. "Fuck off." At that instant, I didn't care and recklessly used electricity again, flying at enormous speed, burning my body with the massive amount of electricity.

Looking down, a huge sea monster emerged from the ocean with its mouth open, ready to swallow me. "Almost there." I increased the electricity even more to escape the attack, but my body paralyzed again inches from escaping, causing my tail to be bitten by the enormous sea monster. "This is going to hurt," I said expressionlessly before it dragged me down and sank me into the ocean.

I felt my lungs fill with water and my body being crushed by the pressure of the water as the sea monster pulled me deeper and deeper into the depths of the ocean.

"E-that's enough!!" Not caring about the damage already caused to my body by the electricity, it recharged my entire body with energy to release it in an electric wave. But the electric wave didn't affect it in the slightest.

"I'm going to die if I keep this up," I thought as I began to lose consciousness. "I have no other choice." At that moment, my tail detached itself from my body like a lizard's, leaving the sea monster stunned for a few seconds.

"Very funny, but what now? Will you escape to the surface for air? Do it; everyone is going to die anyway," said the enormous monster, or rather, the Leviathan, with a monstrous grin, in an amused and superior tone that made my blood boil.

"Damn bitch... But she's right," I stared at the Leviathan as gills appeared on my neck to breathe. "You're the only one who'll die!!!" Using my electricity, I forced my vocal cords to say this, while my body began to mutate, growing larger and more grotesque, before the Leviathan's incredulous and shocked gaze.

My small griffin body became gigantic, muscular, covered in bony plates and dark scales with glowing lines of blue energy running throughout my body. My beak transformed into a massive gaping jaw revealing multiple rows of sharp teeth. My thin limbs and claws transformed into two large fins and a powerful tail. I also had additional appendages like dorsal spines and an almost biomechanical structure.

"Time for round two," I lunged at the still-surprised Leviathan, biting into its neck with my teeth as I imbued them with all the electricity I could generate at that moment, regardless of the fact that it was slowly burning my mouth.

"Amazing, apparently you're some kind of phenomenon capable of changing your appearance, and not only that, even combining them." He said this in an amused and confident tone, as if my bite and the electricity didn't even affect him. "I've seen enough, you can die now." At that moment, a huge whirlpool appeared near me.

"Fuck," fortunately, my body was so massive that the whirlpool didn't even manage to affect me, even if it grew larger and larger. It was only when the sea parted, leaving me alone in the air, that I had to let go of the Leviathan's neck.

"I had fun with you, but you have to die." A huge magic circle appeared in the Leviathan's mouth, and water flowed out, but now it was red with some sinister energy; You could easily say it was demonic water.

I didn't even have time to think or do anything when the attack hit me at point-blank range. Just touching the water was an unparalleled pain; it was worse than being burned by the Phoenix's flames. My colossal body was easily lifted out of the ocean, sending me crashing hard against the cliff I'd seen when I arrived.

BOOM!!!!

The enormous cliff had been shattered as a massive amount of dust covered the entire area. "So that's your true form," the Leviathan said as it poked its head out of the ocean and looked at the gaping hole in the cliff. "A disgusting, insignificant human with a peculiar ability."

Deep in the hole was my human version of my body. "Holy crap, I lost consciousness for a moment." With much effort and further destruction of my already shattered body, I managed to climb out of the crater where I'd been buried.

"Damn, maybe this time..." "I'm beyond saving," I could only clench the dirt in my hands in frustration. "Escape."

I was silent for a few seconds, then slowly looked up at the Leviathan. "I'm telling you to escape, take it as a token of mercy for entertaining me." That only made me even more upset, but somehow it gave me a chance. After all, I never cared about pride; I only care about staying alive.

I looked down and slowly began to transform into an animal to escape quickly. "I recommend you change into a bird, because I plan to flood the entire world." I stopped dead in my tracks and raised my head with an incredulous look. "What?"

A sadistic smile appeared on the Leviathan's face. "Once I've wiped out all the remaining angels, I'll flood the entire world to kill off the plague called humanity." As his words came to mind, an image of the village appeared, along with the smiling image of Amara and Aiala.

I gritted my teeth tightly as I tried to get up, not caring about my organs and various parts of my body being burned by the electricity. "I don't care what happens to me, but I won't let you do it." I tried to get up, but only fell flat, drained of energy, until a small jar rolled across the floor from the impact, catching my attention.

"Wretched human, why do you keep getting up? I gave you the option to escape because you amuse me, and you're throwing it away. Don't you have a death wish anymore?" This time his tone was cold and authoritarian. "Because no other human has the power to do so," I said as he tried to pull me up.

"Understand, their lives belong to us, whether to end them or to play with them, lives of no value, of no meaning. You can't protect them all; eventually, they will all die." I couldn't help but laugh at his words as I slumped over. "You're stupid. Don't say that the lives of us humans have no value."

I silently looked at the bottle in my hand and squeezed it tightly. "Each one of them is valuable, because at the end of the day..." I removed the cap from the bottle and hesitantly brought it to my mouth. "It's the first gift we receive at birth." I drank the liquid from the bottle, and in seconds, my body was completely healed.

"Even if we are overwhelmed, even if we are struck down, even if no one helps us," I transformed my legs into the legs of several swift animals and began running across the destroyed area toward the ocean. "We will rise and bow to no one; we will learn through trial and error." As I neared the shore, I transformed my legs into several animals with long jumping range and leaped toward the Leviathan.

"Because that is the essence of being human," with those words, I reverted to my marine mutant form as I fell on top of the Leviathan, my mouth agape.

I'm still alive!!! I want to thank those who, despite the long hiatus, still had this fanfic saved in their libraries. Honestly, I was already quite far along with this chapter months ago, but I became addicted to A.I. Then I got a girlfriend, finished her, we became friends, and eventually, she hooked up with my best friend since kindergarten. Now they both hate me, and I had nothing left to do. I found a job, and since I'm bored, I'm getting more ideas to continue this fanfic and the others that are deader than my love life. Remember that there are two or three chapters left until the end of this volume, and in the second volume, the DXD canon will begin. This chapter may have some writing or word problems; I hope you understand, but I'm finishing it at 1 a.m. and tomorrow I work, cry. With that said, I will see you in the next chapter, take care!
