Since he would be out of the country for a week, Thane took it upon himself to chauffer Brooke tho and fro from her filming location. She was initially against it, but decided it was good to spend more time with him.
'At least, he won't have the time to speak to Mallory anymore.' she thought, stealing glaces at Thane.
"Do you still keep in touch with your old cast?" he asked, breaking the ice.
She nodded, "I'm visiting Dylan at the hospital later today, I chat with some of the ladies from costume design…" she trailed off, filling him on the mundane things they discussed. Nothing serious, just casual small talk and online mentions.
After listening for a while he asked, "And Damien?"
Brooke paused, she recalled their conversation in the car, the one about getting Cassie out of his family's business. The one where he blackmailed her, threatening to expose her marriage to Thane.
"Are you two still in contact?" Thane's voice pulled her out of her thoughts.
