Klaus didn't know where Pickle Berry came from, but just when he exited the pagoda, she was upon him. Klaus smiled and patted her back.
Pickle Berry is now akin to an 18-year-old beast human; however, her mentality is that of a child.
Klaus doesn't yet have all 8 of his 8th Incarnations as Kaden's memories. However, the small he had remembered so far made him understand that Pickle Berry would remain this innocent and sweet even if she were to live for a thousand years.
"What took you so long to wake up, brother?" Pickle Berry said, feeling her emotions finally setting in. Her face was practically buried in Klaus's chest.
Lumia looked at her daughter, her cute serpentine eyes twinkling, and smiled.
"I am here now, Pickle Berry... I am sorry I made you worry. It will never happen again..."
Pickle Berry pulled her head back, tears falling down her face.
"Promised?"
Klaus smiled and nodded, "I promise."
