The last sentence easily pierced him.
Gu Annan's expression changed, and he stood up from the leather chair.
As his tall figure moved, Momo thought Daddy was angry.
He fearlessly raised his head, meeting his gaze defiantly, "Did I say something wrong? I've never had a daddy since I was a kid, as long as I don't disappoint anyone other than my mommy!"
"You liar, you don't deserve to be my daddy! My sister and I shouldn't have reunited with you!"
"You said yourself that you would never abandon us again! Mommy believed it, Youyou believed it, and I believed it too. But you, as an adult, were clearly lying to us."
"If I had known it would be like this, I would rather have never had a daddy!"
Little Momo said one sentence after another, and seeing him already standing in front of him, he didn't retreat a single step.
Gu Annan crouched down in front of him, "Are you finished?"
Little Momo said nothing.
