Zou Wa pinched her baby-faced cheeks and said, "Nianhua treasures you like the apple of her eye. She'd never hit you, right?"
"Mom couldn't bear to hit me. But I can't bear to see Mom unhappy, either. If Mom finds out I was rude, she'll definitely be upset." Xu Ting answered seriously, then asked, "Aunt Wa, did they let you leave your company in Fragrant City?"
"My contract got terminated just yesterday." Zou Wa didn't go into detail about what happened at the company yesterday, or how Pei Yicheng managed to clear things up. She didn't know, but she knew she owed Pei Yicheng a big favor.
From now on, she would sing her best, and wouldn't put Nianhua in a tough spot.
After signing the official contract, Zou Wa also brought her former agent, Sister Tian, to her side. Sister Tian had taken care of her during her toughest times, and she owed her a lot.
