Watching her own brother's family, she felt they would infuriate her until she bled internally.
Wu Zhen simply couldn't do such a thing.
"Cui Zhi," she said, holding her forehead with one hand, "What's happening to me? I feel so dizzy."
Cui Zhi hurried forward to support Wu Zhen: "Lady, let this servant help you rest."
Wu Zhen stood up weakly, just about to leave, when the thoughtless aunt spoke up: "Wu Bie, quickly pour a cup of tea for your auntie to take the edge off, it must be because the weather's too hot."
Wu Bie obediently poured the tea and brought it in front of Wu Zhen.
Just as she was about to take it and drink, the aunt spoke again: "With the weather being so hot, let's not hold up your auntie's time any longer. Take this cup of tea as if you were paying respects to a godmother. Wu Bie, kneel down and call out 'godmother'."
Without a word, Wu Bie knelt down, looking up at Wu Zhen: "Godmother, please drink the tea."
