But during tactical training, Zhang Yang discovered that 'stealing concepts' was really effective, and most of his teammates seemed completely unaware that the so-called new tactics were just modified versions of the old ones.

These teammates, with a 'foundation,' learned the 'new tactics' that were similar, the positive feedback during training was extremely strong, and they all worked very hard. During training breaks, each of them seemed to feel that their 'tactical awareness' had improved... He once again refreshed his understanding of his teammates.

However, after thinking it over, Zhang Yang felt that this wasn't an easy task. First, their tactical foundation had to be good enough, and the existing tactics had to be executed very skillfully for such adjustments to be feasible. Just this prerequisite was something not many head coaches could achieve, let alone finding places in already good tactics that could be improved.
