The attributes of an Artisan Artifact always have some subtle differences. The attributes of Artisan Artifacts of different levels and qualities are often a range rather than a fixed value. This depends on the precision during its creation by the craftsman, as well as the distribution of elements and ether, and even the impurities in the material itself.
Since elements and ether that are purified, or materials that are free of impurities, are almost nonexistent in nature, even the best craftsmen often find it difficult to ensure that their creations achieve maximum attributes every time.
However, for equipment with a single attribute, such as within the attribute range of 7-10, there are always lucky moments when you hit the extreme value of 10. Such equipment is called 'exquisite', and the higher the level requirement and quality of 'exquisite' equipment, the more valuable it becomes.
