However, these herbs can be used by those beginner alchemists.
The Spiritual Energy in the garden is very rich. An Array Master has arranged a Spirit Gathering Array here, concentrating all the surrounding Spiritual Energy within the garden.
Additionally, the garden is nourished by dragon energy underground, so the herbs here grow well, and their medicinal properties are better than those of similar herbs outside.
There are dedicated personnel responsible for guarding and managing the garden.
