"Why did you get into a fight?" Lin Xi sent a private message to Xue Yang.
"Just some little brat who loves to stir up trouble. I just made him cry," Xue Yang replied, sounding quite proud of himself.
"Why are you still acting like such a kid?"
"Hey, everyone's a kid at heart."
"But aren't you worried his parents will come looking for you?"
"Not worried. I bought all the fireworks. If they complain, they don't get to play."
Lin Xi laughed at his message. She could even picture the smug look he must have had on his face while typing that.
"That's so nice. You have so many people to play with you."
Growing up, aside from Si Wen, Lin Xi had practically no other playmates. Even when she did, they would always give in to her because of her status, catering to her every whim. This caused Lin Xi to miss out on a lot of fun, and gradually, she lost the desire to play around.
