"Shouldn't your club be studying math? Things like probability theory—why do all your activities revolve around eating, drinking, and having fun?" the bespectacled girl asked, puzzled.
"Eating, drinking, and having fun make us happy," Brother Nan answered.
"Is that okay?"
"I'm the Club President. What I say goes."
"But if this continues, won't it go against the club's purpose?" she asked, her tone growing much more cautious. "What if the previous Club Presidents find out? Might they return to school..."
"I am the first Club President," Brother Nan said darkly. "The club was just founded last year."
"Then why not call it the 'Eating, Drinking, and Merrymaking Club'?"
"Why do you have so many questions?" Brother Nan was getting impatient, waving her hands. "If you're not seriously considering joining, then don't waste our time."
"So fierce..."
Startled, the bespectacled girl quickly bowed her head and scampered away.
