Li Yuan felt inwardly awkward. He honestly hadn't thought about Zhong Tingyue much at all. She had been the one to initiate their texts, while he was completely engrossed in the gentle company of Bai Weixi and Xia Zhijin, unable to pull himself away.
Hearing the jealousy in her voice, Li Yuan offered a faint, apologetic smile. "My bad. I've just been incredibly busy these past few days."
"Little Moon, get in. Let's head to the Longyu Building and grab a bite."
Like a perfect gentleman, Li Yuan opened the car door for her.
Zhong Tingyue smiled, giving him a meaningful look.
Once Li Yuan was in the driver's seat, Zhong Tingyue sniffed the air, her brow furrowing slightly before she suddenly asked, "Senior, quite a few girls have sat in this passenger seat, haven't they?"
