Aiden was working in his office when Emyr entered, knocking at the door.
"Sir, Dafydd Winslow has arrived in Cralens," he reported, his tone urgent. "He is stepping out of the airport as we talk."
However, despite his pressing tone, Aiden sat nonchalantly as though he didn't find the situation critical at all.
"Let him find who he is here for. Don't stop him," he said, and for a second Emyr felt confused.
But then Aiden pushed the chair and rose to his height. Grabbing his suit jacket, he said, "Let's go. We need to host them." And with that, he didn't stay. He walked out of his office.
Emyr watched him for a moment before he also followed him.

Meanwhile —
On the other side, Arwen checked the time on her phone before she got up to leave. "Mr. Jones, I will return on time. But if I happen to be late, don't let Aiden worry. Just remind him that I have left alone. I have gone with the group of people he left around me."
She told, knowing Aiden's antics.
